Rose City Veterinary Hospital

Wasn't happy with the customer service I received today, I know I was meant to come in last night so I am sorry Peter you travelled out and I was not there. I tried to ring back but it wasn't going through, I couldn't leave my dog as he was warm and snuggled up to me. I also have a sick 4 year old that I couldn't leave. So yes I am sorry I was dissappointed when you quoted me less to pay and your staff member at the counter gave me attitude when I asked why it was that much when I was told different. She did not have to carry on the way she did, I brung my Other dog here last year and once again when I brung her in I was quoted on the spot a much less price and upon pick I paid way more but did not complain, but second time around again. But that's okay I still paid it, my problem was that ladies attitude even my mum was disappointed and quite gutted as she was there with me. My mum was going to bring her two dogs in for vaccines, microchip, and deflea but after witnessing the poor customer service I received she will now be taking her business else where I will make sure that the rest of our family and friends as we ALL have pets will never attend Rose City vets ever again and you can thank Your poor attitude staff member for that. I came to rose city first based on word of mouth from our friends and families so I'll be sure to let them know of the service I received today on the 6/5/2017 at 9:00am. A mechanic told my mother and I this morning who had been running his shop for 20 years we were both amazed as that's a long time in a small town like this one, he said well in a small town like this one you can't have staff who treat your customers like "cr*p" because word travels fast and you lose business and then eventually you lose your shop. So he always puts his guys into place when they step out of line even if the customer gives them a whole heap of attitude (I did not) anyway we encounter people for a reason and everything happens for a reason, funny that I had this conversation this morning with a successful business man of 20 years has brung me to write now about this, a bad experience I had with your staff Member. Not happy at all !!! But Peter you are a awesome vet as said I have been told and you done amazing with my Girl Princess. Unfortunately you have a staff member who could do with a new attitude even if what I said annoyed her she should have just kept her mouth shut and got on with her day. Read Less

Well all i can say i cant say enough actually. A very big thank you and very much appreciated to Stewart. Peter. and all the Girls who cared and helped with sasha. To see her today to what she had been over a few weeks after having Spleen removed she had cancer in it made my life worth living again as she looks tremendous .Many many thanks Rose City Vets xxxxxxc Read Less

Rose City Vets Benalla are the best' we have been using them for the last 15 years and they have helped first our Racehorses and now our much loved dogs above and beyond the call of duty.
