I felt like my animal was not examined properly and we were not taken seriously.
After over $500 was spent at this clinic we were left with one very sick little c...
Very disappointed in this clinic .
I felt like my animal was not examined properly and we were not taken seriously.
After over $500 was spent at this clinic we were left with one very sick little cat and no results . We had to take her to another vet where they were able to determine what was wrong with her instantly and she was in surgery that day.
Its been an awful process for my cat which could have been avoided if properly examined in the first place . I'm sad to say I would not recommend this vet to anyone.

It was a few years ago my dog had a cancer removed there. We found them to be cold and uncaring... we were also charged $80 for the plastic 'cone of shame' that other vets give for free. We didn't eve...
It was a few years ago my dog had a cancer removed there. We found them to be cold and uncaring... we were also charged $80 for the plastic 'cone of shame' that other vets give for free. We didn't even need that cone as she was old and couldn't reach stitches with her mouth.
I hope they have improved since then.

Would just like the thank the beautiful woman I spoke to on the phone yesterday. I didn't grab her name as I was in such a state, I called the vet out of panic from Castlemaine as I didn't think any Castlemaine vets were open. My dog was seriously ill and she was so calm and kind and gave me advise. We lost my puppy 10mins later and I called her back to thank her and she was really helpful with figuring out a cause when I explained his symptoms. So thank you again for your kindness and compassion.

Bendigo Animal Hospital has saved the lives of both of my cats in the space of 2 months. Bikky had a nasty tumour and then Lucy was bitten by a snake. Dr Max and Dr Chris were thorough in their diagnosis of Bikkys tumour, specialist referrals, keeping me constantly informed, and performing a difficult surgery. Lucy was found at 1am paralysed and in shock, & by 1.30am was receiving antivene, oxygen therapy and pain relief from Dr Zoe. An incredibly high standard of care, professionalism, extensive knowledge, compassion, explanation of each stage and treatment options, and keeping me informed while my babies were recovering, I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful team. They work long hours, deal with us humans in highly emotional states, animals in pain and fearf, they do it with kindness and an empathy that warms my heart. Did not call to get permissiom,just handed our dog back with the bill,over a thousand dollars.
Be careful if you go there .don't let your pet out of sight, stay with them all the time.

I am extremely happy with the services provided by Bendigo Animal Hospital. The vets are compassionate and professional and the nursing staff's attention to detail flawless. I have had three old pets pass on in recent years and the empathy shown by all staff concerned was very comforting at this difficult time. Currently I have a toy poodle which attended puppy school conducted by Sue and I continue to feel that Perri is very capable hands when we visit the clinic.

All the staff are friendly and helpful, and the vets really care about the animals. Whenever I make an appointment I never have to wait. My dogs love checking out the garden and the 'toilet' area.

I felt like my animal was not examined properly and we were not taken seriously.
After over $500 was spent at this clinic we were left with one very sick little cat and no results . We had to take her to another vet where they were able to determine what was wrong with her instantly and she was in surgery that day.
Its been an awful process for my cat which could have been avoided if properly examined in the first place . I'm sad to say I would not recommend this vet to anyone.
