The vets are great. They are great with animals and doing the best they can for your loved pet. The only reason why I did not give five stars is due to being overcharged for fish medicine by the receptionist. I was advised it was around $30 before purchasing the medicine (it needed to be ordered from overseas). When I picked it up I had no way of measuring out the dosage, they charged me $20 to weigh out four doses, I was not happy. It seemed that they are grabbing for money, I'm a pensioner and at that point in time we were strapped for cash. I have to admit that that really made me quite upset. When I spoke to another vet clinic they were blown away by how much I was charged for the worming powder. Read Less
