Rubbish service! Very disappointed the way they treated my pet (mastador dog-11 months old). I had booked in an appointment for bathing my pet at 16:30 on 19/6/18 with Laura. Before going in I reconfirmed the appointment and Rebecca confirmed that there will be 2 nurses to bath my pet. When I reach to vet clinic, there was only a nurse at the reception. She was the only one person to attend all clients and apparently bath my pet too. I was given a form to fill in which I did and was advised to collect my pet after 30 minutes. Luckily I had my car parked just behind the clinic (car park) where they have grooming/bath room with some space (protected with fencing). I could see my dog left alone. I waited there for 5 minutes nothing happened. All could see my dog crying and jumping against the fence. I waited 10 more minutes... finally at 18 minutes I could see my dog jumping over the fence and he could have easily struggled himself. I rush inside and asked them to open the back door so I could take my pet with me ... Both RECEPTION NURSE and DOCTOR were not aware of the situation !!!! Shame on Dr. Tarlochan Singh , when he opened the back door and got my dog out, he was asking me question about my pet left in there. And if I wanted to bath him ??? Sorry I booked for Nurses to bath him ... Dr. tarlochan Singh wasn't aware of the situation and said that if I couldn't bath him, I can take my pet with me and get the refund! I was easily offered the refund but the staff neither apologised nor they showed any empathy PLEASE don't go to this vet ... they are only there to make money ... and have no humanity in them ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Post in response to owners response. Well drafted story and response by owners below: 1) you did not do any favours on us by providing discounted dog bath, you had listed it on Groupon for customers to buy, and to promote your business - so get it right and grow up! 2) the amount of time you have spend to draft up an story below, had you spend that time to show some empathy and be apologetic would have been a good service. Just offering a refund to customer is not a good service. 3) the fact that you have responded to my review, confirms that the scenario happend, so don't be fool to justify if you have a staff member in the name of Rebecca or not... people can forget names but not the service. Weather you contact google to remove the review is your choice, but I have better things to do in my life than defaming your business, I want to make people aware about services like yours where the aim is to hide or get negative reviews removed to promote business purely for money. No wonder your online reviews have mostly good reviews, all the negative ones you may have are either hidden it or you got it removed. Good luck with everything, never see you again. Read Less

Our dog, Charlie needed urgent surgery and they dealt with it very promptly and professionally. I have been looking for a vet that truly cares about animal welfare and creating rapport with their clients. Finally my search is over. Dr. Singh is a caring, dedicated veterinarian that shows appreciation for our love we show our animals. My daughter's 16 year old cat owes her life to the team at East Bentleigh Animal Care. They did a wonderful job removing the cancer, and cosmetically it is barely noticeable. Millie is back to her normal self, and her quality of life has been restored. We will be returning with her and our other animals in the future. Thank you Dr Singh, for preserving one of her 9 lives and giving us the chance to enjoy our black and white cat a little longer. Dr Singh is a very caring vet. He looked after my dog Maggie when she needed dental care - it was clear that she was in pain and not eating well enough and with some simple dental care (which I should have been doing throughout her life) Dr Singh got Maggie back to being a happy dog again. when a Veterinary, like Doctor Tarlochan Singh shows his compassion. help. knowledge with your pets (you love so much), why would you bother looking any further, Fairy, Sumo, Tuppence agree. woof woof And on a sadder note... when Dr. Singh come to my sisters' on a Friday afternoon to put Sir Gentleman 'Frankie' to RIP, you could tell his heartache in doing so, seeing that also gave me even more respect for Dr. Singh and also made my sister, Helena more at ease than she had been for weeks, than seeing Frankie in pain, (as he had cancer in 12 spots on his lungs.) Really disappointed with the Grooming my dog got. Sent through pictures and advised how disappointed I was as we always came for regular grooming in which we never had an issue , spoke to a lady who was very understanding and apologetic was advised I would receive a refund emailed and text bank details and received nothing not even a response..... Our puppy ate snail bait a couple of weeks ago and we took her to East Bentleigh Animal Care where she was treated promptly and thoroughly. got quoted one price and got charged more than quoted,they have agreed to refund the difference but when i asked for money to go back on my card they refused,the receptionist i spoke to on the phone was quiet rude,only offered a credit for next time i go there,which im not very happy with.i will never use their services again.
