John the vet and staff are always polite,considerate and compassionate. They are great vets,who have years of experience in all breeds of animals. I wouldn't dream of taking my pets anywhere else. They always make an effort to fit me in for appointments and have often seen my animals in emergencies with little notice. On top of first class service,this practice also offers cat boarding and hydrobath facilities. 5 stars is not enough to rate my experiences at this vet clinic over the 9 years I have used their services. I have used John the vet and his staff to look after my all my animals for many years. He Is always very thorough when checking my dogs health, patiently answering all my questions and keeping me informed about any new treatment that might benefit my very sick dog. i particularly appreciate that he always tells me the cost of every medicine or procedure that he could use to help my dogs, never pushing me to choose the most expensive! I love that he and the vet nurses do home visits (very rare now), less stress for a very sick dog, and a big help for me when I am house bound. Even though the surgery is often very busy the staff are always welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble for them, including a box of tissues, or a cup of coffee if ever needed. :( I trust my dogs lives to John and his staff, because I know he is always going to do the correct thing for them. Best Vet Ever! I'll never go elsewhere. We have been taking my two dogs there as long as we've had them, and we've always been super happy. They helped us overcome my Rotti's allergies, without resorting to expensive testing. They have a focus on preventative help and holistic health, rather than symptomatic treatment. The staff are all so kind and caring, their prices are very reasonable, and they never push for procedures that aren't necessary, which I find refreshing. Went to google the number to pass on to a friend who needed a great vet and was absolutely shocked to read that someone would have anything bad to say about these guys. I've been dealing with them for a long time and have had nothing but amazing experiences with John and his staff! They are friendly, compassionate and very well priced.
