Doogal and I would like to thank the whole crew at BVH, firstly for their professionalism. Dr. Tracy was the ultimate professional in her duties not satisfied with just a consult but a thorough investigation into Doogals issues. She discovered he had a very swollen and infected prostate as well as bladder stones making him quite ill. He finished up having 2 major surgeries and now thankfully he is on the road to recovery.
Everyone who I dealt with there showed concern and empathy even greeting the dog before the owner, which I thought was great.
Doogal loves going here even after his surgeries.
Like I said at the start, if there were more stars to give...

We took our cat (Missy) in to get a checkup and teeth clean. The staff were so friendly and the vet was very professional and explained in terms we could understand. The price of the clean was also very competitive (had 2 other quotes that were way higher). We would recommend this vet clinic highly and will definitely going back.

Took my new kitten for the “Free 3 day health check”, and the receptionist claimed he had cat flu and the free check is only for healthy kittens, so now we had to pay $60 for a consultation and more again for antibiotics. The kitten had been fully cleared by the breeders vet 2 days earlier, had no signs or symptoms of cat flu and a “vet” hadn’t even set eyes on him yet. Just the lady behind the desk. She claimed he was sneezing, however he did not sneeze once and was right beside my face the entire time. We walked out ignoring her yelling out he was a sick kitten for everyone to hear. Went to another vet who confirmed he did not have cat flu and was very healthy. They claim a “free” check, but before the vets even seen you, claim the kitten is sick and telling you to shell out money. Praying on the ‘new animal parent’ worries to con you out of money. They didn’t know were quite well skilled in a range of animal breeds, ages and disabilities and aren’t going to fall for it. Will never return to that vet again! Disgusting!!

Have had three dog go for vaccinations for quite a few years and other treatments and emergencies and I get charged 92 dollars combined for consultation for three dogs after being quoted a price with no consultation. When I said I am not going to pay for that they came back with a price more than the previous amount (each dog got charged a fee) as they charged me for an individual consultation instead. Crap service for a loyal customer for number of years. Not once have they apologized for miss communication, if the was any, nor the manager or higher person in charge came out to try and resolve the issue instead of the young nurse or receptionist!!!!!! Won't be coming back or recommending them amongst the berwick dog community

The team at Berwick Vet Hospital are just so wonderful. Every time I have taken my dog in the Love and care they take and the personal profile they give you to keep which explains everything so clearly is amazing. They are very passionate and understanding and explain things in detail so I have full understanding of my dogs condition and results. They are also very reasonably priced and I have never known a vet to do a Healthcare plan which helps with all check ups it makes life so much easier financially to have that option there for just a small amount each month. Love your work and thank you for all your help with peppi so far.

Cannot thank the team at Berwick Vet Hospital enough! Our little man Waylon was ill with stomach issues which resulted in him needing some last minute surgery. The care he was given was beyond brilliant, and the aftercare amazing!! They kept me constantly updated through his recovery, and were so good every time I called for an update as I was understandably quote anxious. He is on the mend now, and the follow up care has been brilliant. They were gentle, caring and covered all bases!! We are sooo lucky to have this fab place near us. Thank you all soooo much. I must make a special mention for Dr. Vicky who has been seeing to my old JRT the past week and has made every effort she can to get my girl back on the path of wellness. Was thankful you could see our 2yr old dog this morning to remove an annoying piece of wood which he'd gotten stuck in his teeth/across roof of his mouth. It took all of 2 minutes - one would've thought that as a regular client of yours you might've charged somewhat less than the $60 consultation fee. Seriously won't be visiting again. Feeling totally ripped off, annoyed and discovering I"m not the only one who feels like your prices are ridiculously high. Good luck you're going to need it with this type of feedback.

Yesterday we had hard decision to put our cat to sleep after 16years. From the first phone call right through the whole experience they were compassionate caring and supportive through this difficult time. Would recommend these vets.

These people are treasures. They looked after my dogs for 16 years. When one of them passed away and I was overseas they supported my sons in saying goodbye to Basil. When I returned they all came out to offer condolences. What more could you ask. They continue to look after my other dog, Buffy, who is also 16. Thank you for everything.

The team at Berwick Vet Hospital are just so wonderful. Every time I have taken my dog in the Love and care they take and the personal profile they give you to keep which explains everything so clearly is amazing. They are very passionate and understanding and explain things in detail so I have full understanding of my dogs condition and results. They are also very reasonably priced and I have never known a vet to do a Healthcare plan which helps with all check ups it makes life so much easier financially to have that option there for just a small amount each month. Love your work and thank you for all your help with peppi so far.

On 2 separate public holidays my Pets have needed Medical attention and the team at Berwick were more than ready to help!

Cannot thank the team at Berwick Vet Hospital enough! Our little man Waylon was ill with stomach issues which resulted in him needing some last minute surgery. The care he was given was beyond brilliant, and the aftercare amazing!! They kept me constantly updated through his recovery, and were so good every time I called for an update as I was understandably quote anxious. He is on the mend now, and the follow up care has been brilliant. They were gentle, caring and covered all bases!! We are sooo lucky to have this fab place near us. Thank you all soooo much. The staff here have been nothing short of amazing. Only been going here for a year since I moved to Berwick, I take all three of my pets here and the service is always wonderful. I must make a special mention for Dr. Vicky who has been seeing to my old JRT the past week and has made every effort she can to get my girl back on the path of wellness. Would happily recommend to anyone new to the area.

Was thankful you could see our 2yr old dog this morning to remove an annoying piece of wood which he'd gotten stuck in his teeth/across roof of his mouth. It took all of 2 minutes - one would've thought that as a regular client of yours you might've charged somewhat less than the $60 consultation fee. Seriously won't be visiting again. Feeling totally ripped off, annoyed and discovering I"m not the only one who feels like your prices are ridiculously high. Good luck you're going to need it with this type of feedback.
