We have recently moved from the opposite side of town to Bayside and being that our two King Charles Cavaliers are our whole world, our first priority was finding a great local vet. Today we took our two fur babies Seamus and Lola in to meet Dr Jeremy and WOW !!! .. he is soooo exceptionally wonderful, caring and so incredibly insightful. He was not only so gentle and lovely with Seamus and Lola but he was so calm and lovely with our two screaming 12 month old, teething human babies too, giving them toys and stickers .. he is not only an animal whisperer but baby whisper too!! Jeremy and his team looked after our family pets - two pugs and blue healer - with an amazing expertise, kindness, compassion and diligence that goes well beyond the normal veterinary service. Sadly, in the last 12 months we have lost all three dogs (due to differing circumstances) but we are left assured that in life - they had the very best care. The very best. I haven't even met Jeremy, but my mother had to take our much loved cat to be put down, which she naturally felt very distressed and sad about. Jeremy examined out pet and reassured my mother and brother that we'd made the right decision, and commended them, which I know provided much needed comfort to them, amidst other difficult personal circumstances of the time. Today, I visited my mum to find she'd received a personalised condolences card and I was touched as much as her. She couldn't recommend Jeremy and his team more highly. And I'll say the same.
