My baby willow was desexed today at the clinic. The Staff were wonderful and supportive throughout the whole experience. They have offered the information required to ensure that my baby will have a strong recovery. I felt like my baby was in safe hands through the entire experience.

So grateful to have come across Dr.Louise. She always goes above and beyond caring for my bunny Oreo. Iv had some terrible experiences at other vet clinics where the vet has scared me and made me even more anxious about my rabbits condition. But Dr.Lou has always comforted me and solved my bunny's issue with a correct diagnosis and procedure.
The other girls there Ashley and Reem are so wonderful and caring too! They were answering my calls and txting me while my bunny was in the operating room.
Thank YOU all for what seemed like a scary day, feel more relaxed and easy for me! :)

My favorite thing about this clinic is that I always see the same vets. They are able to retain great staff which is very important to me. They have treated my cats and my dog. Diana is an excellent surgeon and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating!

My dog had block and running nose for a couple of weeks. Her nose was very dry and cracked. We went to this clinic and the vet told us the dog had no problem, but still asked me to buy some medicine. ...
My dog had block and running nose for a couple of weeks. Her nose was very dry and cracked. We went to this clinic and the vet told us the dog had no problem, but still asked me to buy some medicine. The symptom continue, we had to go other clinic to find what was wrong. Waste of money!

They provide quality vet care with clear advice and ability to undertake most procedures in house. I like that they offer to refer onto specialists when they think a better outcome might be achieved. I've been to many other vet clinics in the area, and after a recommendation from a friend have Toorak Rd Vet Clinic a visit. They were able to sort two long term skin issues out within the first visit. I was pretty impressed.

I chose the Toorak Rd Vets based on online reviews and their friendly website (loved the mention of the office assistants e.g. the budgee) - have not been disappointed! Got a new shelter puppy and the team were great. Lou connects with my dog but also explains things to me. They have fitted us twice in when fully booked due to some puppy emergencies - very appreciative of this. Truly care about your animals and making sure you're happy and informed. Highly recommended.

Teddy, a lovely 13y.o. rescue dog, but, not used to grooming. Explained to the girls, at Toorak Vets,that teddy is quite aggressive whenever I attempted to brush him and he was, desperate for a wash. Was recommended to try Toorak Vets. Elise, did such a magnificent job with teddy, that I hardly recognised him. He looked, wonderful, full of life. He not only had a thorough groom, but, healthier, more alive and bouncy. You took 10 years of him!! He looks like a young pup, not the old grumpy dog that he was!!! Many many thanks, for the thoughtful, considerate and wonderful stress free, care of teddy. Thank you Elise, beautiful job

We are so glad we moved to Toorak Rd Veterinary Clinic. After having a falling out with our previous clinic. At the old clinic the receptionist was rude where our cat had an overly long ongoing issu...
We are so glad we moved to Toorak Rd Veterinary Clinic. After having a falling out with our previous clinic. At the old clinic the receptionist was rude where our cat had an overly long ongoing issue for months and months and months. We were all super stressed.
After 1 week of care at Toorak Rd Vet Clinic we could see our cats symptoms were improving.
After 6 weeks of fortnightly care our cat has been cured.
And now she is back to her loving, playful, energetic and curious nature.
Traveling to our old clinic we had to wait for a three train crossing. Took forever.
The Toorak Rd Vet Clinic is much better situated for us.
5 min drive outside of rush hour traffic I can get a parking spot just outside the front door.
So convenient!
The reception staff is always nice and welcoming and know my cat by name before I even speak.
I like their rescued office pets. The giant dog, the curious cat and the chirping bird.
My vet is friendly and has a confident caring positive professional nature.
My family is very happy with Toorak Rd Veterinary Clinic.

I love this place. They take in all the sick wildlife animals I find. Are always incredibly helpful when we visit, the owner is a down to earth go getter and her staff are lovely!

So grateful to have come across Dr.Louise. She always goes above and beyond caring for my bunny Oreo. Iv had some terrible experiences at other vet clinics where the vet has scared me and made me even more anxious about my rabbits condition. I've been to many other vet clinics in the area, and after a recommendation from a friend have Toorak Rd Vet Clinic a visit. They were able to sort two long term skin issues out within the first visit. I was pretty impressed.

We are so glad we moved to Toorak Rd Veterinary Clinic. After having a falling out with our previous clinic. At the old clinic the receptionist was rude where our cat had an overly long ongoing issue for months and months and months. We were all super stressed.
After 1 week of care at Toorak Rd Vet Clinic we could see our cats symptoms were improving.
After 6 weeks of fortnightly care our cat has been cured.
And now she is back to her loving, playful, energetic and curious nature.
