We had a 16-year old Golden Retriever and the service we had leading up to and then ultimately having her put down was sensational. Obviously having her put down was like losing one of the family, although she did have a good innings. The way this procedure was handled and the treatment we were provided as a family was outstanding. We have just purchased a blue staffy and booked our first appointment, needless to say I would highly recommend this Vet (Dr. Ketan Jivanjee).

We recently adopted a lost cat, and were very anxious when he became sick. When he proved difficult to bring in, Carnegie vets lent us a cat cage and were understanding and flexible with appointment times. They handled a panicking cat well, gave him a very thorough checkover, and contacted the prior owner on our behalf.

We were able to get an extra 1.5 happy years from our beloved cat diagnosed with an extremely rare chronic condition (although that doesn't sound good, the diagnosis, best treatment, and prolonged life can be attributed to Carnegie Vet's excellent work)
