The worst vet and worst experience I have ever had. My puppy suffered for 3 days with Jacob Zaks and all i got was a hefty vet bill with zero results. Another vet was able to diagnose and treat the issue within 15mins of seeing him.... Go figure...? I recommend you save your stress levels, money and go somewhere where they truly have the animals best interest at heart, not fees... If his opening line is "have you got insurance?" We moved to Elsternwick recently.  Our cat Luka was missing for 3 days.  When we found him he had been hit by a car and we needed a new vet.  We found Elsternwick Vet Clinic through Yelp and took him there.  Luckily they are open on Sundays. The staff is awesome and so friendly.  Dr Jack fixed his broken leg and it healed amazingly.  The prices are very reasonable. Well done! Read Less
