Our dog zeus has been visiting the clinic since he was a 12 weeks old puppy and is now 2 and a half, they have always been fantastic with him even when he went through his protective stage as a young German Shepard and he could be super tempremental but they where always responsive and accommodating to his training and have always taken the care and attention that I would consider the extra mile. We have always seen Dr David Wilson and even the beautiful reception ladies and ...Lorreine have been amazing and super easy every visit not matter how complex. We found a fleck in zeus’s eye at 6 months and Dr Wilson and Lorreine recommended just popping in and checking it out (which wasn’t charged) and we got a “just to be safe” referral to a brilliant eye clinic where we found out zeus had a tumour in his eye and between the two clinics and troughout the whole process I could not speak more highly of how easy they made the entire thing for us. I highly recommend Cheltenham Vet Clinic, my partner and I have 6 animals and their wellbeing is our main priority, therefore we only trust the best vets, nurses and staff with their healthcare. We have had animals pass away and the support and love from all at the clinic was incredible, they told us everything we needed to hear at the time and also followed up in the days after. The team here is very caring, from the reception staff to the vets themselves. Prices feel reasonable and the staff are conscious of balancing costs with treatment efficacy. Staff take the time to make a fuss of your pets - which may make appointments a little late - but this is well worth it for the extra care and attention. Read Less

My family and I have been taking our pets (ferrets, dogs and cats) to Cheltenham vet for as long as I can remember. They are by far the best vet I've ever been to. Everyone is fantastic, and always genuinely interested about your pet and how they are getting on. My husband and I moved 45 minutes away from Cheltenham and were unable to find a vet that even came close to comparable, and have decided to just drive to Cheltenham any time our dog needs follow ups/non emergency related care. Have dealt with these guys since moving to Cheltenham about 9 years ago and they have done wonders for our animals! even when our cat was sick and they couldnt find out what was wrong they wouldnt stop until they had exhausted every measure to find what was wrong. Their experience with rabbits is fantastic also as they are considered an exotic pet and I was anxious taking my rabbit but they will be the first place I take mine from now on after they did so well with desexing. Had another kitten there that they worked with so well and have booked in my new kitten to go in with them for a check. Fantastic clinic highly recommended!Read Less

Two thumbs up for this exceptional vet practice filled with amazing people that are extremely genuine, knowledgable and passionate about animals! :) The lovely girls have made us feel so very welcome and at ease (xx thank you! You girls have done a fantastic job helping him fit right him, showering Harrison with all that love, attention and allaying any form of anxiety I was worried he would develop). Dr David W is absolutely brilliant as well! Love how thorough he is with Harrison during his consults and how he patiently deals with me and my partners' concerns; explaining what certain things mean in layman's terms. Though its a little far for us (we live approx 1/2 and hour away) I'd go that extra mile anyday knowing Harrison is in good, safe hands :) Would highly recommend! and yes, they are that good its worth the travel! A fantastic clinic which I would highly recommend. The staff at the front desk are extremely warm and welcoming, and Dr Dave Stasiuk has been exceptional with our puppy; very caring, professional and knowledgeable. The initial check was free of charge which is an incredible service (and aside from putting my mind at ease about our puppy's health, I learnt a lot from Dr Dave about the breed, as well as some handy training hints)! We received a great showbag of goodies, including the health record passport, a food sample, etc, plus a life chart and a consult examination chart which outline everything clearly and are an excellent ongoing tool to refer to. My personal favourite from the showbag was the rose scented grooming mist! Our puppy smells delicious! The clinic is clean and inviting and our appointments have always been on time. I have survived the GFC in competition with large retail giants on the basis of exceptional customer service but rarely do I find another business with the same ideology. David (junior - sorry) has surpassed even my own dedication to solving the customer's problems at hand and sacrificing the cost if need be. Added to that the latest in contemporary veterinary science and follow up care often free of charge. Had a lot of veterinary experience due to moving around and a CRF dog so I have a good idea of a good vet and Cheltenham Vet Clinic is the best by far.Read Less
