Avoid if possible, I had purchased lorikeet wet food formula for my unweaned bird. When I got home I opened the packet, there were bugs and absolutely disgusting foul smell I checked to see the expiry date it had expired well over a year ago. Please do not go to this place!! I don't think it even deserves 1 star. It's a shame that it's in a convenient place but the service is appalling and dodgy (explained). I went to them after hour and booked in a visit for my dog (who was having an infected ear). Upon booking the appointment, I was told not to clean her ear before the VET sees her the next day, as it could mess the diagnostic (fair enough - I did not clean it), and that it would cost $140 - $150 max. At the time of the visit, I felt like the VET was not interested in treating my dog but more focused in explaining/ promoting treatments - and mind you, treatments that would cost $600+. But eventually I opted with the cheapest one because I realized he (the vet) was quite dodgy (after I lost his trust). And he did not even clean my dog's ear. Isn't it his job to look after/ treat the dog?? That was the reason why I brought my dog to them in the first place. Without asking me if I was okay with purchasing the medications, he included them in the bill. I the realized that they charged me $220. Another dodgy act - they put VET FEE as the description on the receipt so I don't know how much the medicine cost v/s the consultation, instead of listing all items. Is that even legal to not list all items on a receipt? This place is dodgy and money minded. And yeah, my dog's ear got better just 2 days after I cleaned it myself with warm water. $220 for nothing and wasted. Read Less

Was disappointed with service. Staff used to be so lovely. Last week my husband and I went into the shop with our dog to choose pet food. We usually go with a particular brand. But were told that another brand was better and that we had not been giving our dog the "good" food. The staff hard selling us a particular brand. Even said that our dog was spoilt. Quite. Condescending. The vet was over the top and excessive in her promotion of the brand of food. Cashier only spoke to my husband and did not even acknowledge me but said to me in the end that if my dog did not want to eat the dog food that I was spoiling her. In the wild dogs had no choice on what they ate. This was how she spoke to a customer. Very disappointed. I left feeling that we were crap fur parents. It's a shame how this store runs their specials. You pick an item off the shelf. It reads 50% sale but when you get to the counter, it's a totally different story. Excuse after excuse being led to pay full price. Over priced items. Rent must be high! Wont be going back here again. Read Less
