Best service ever received from a veteniary hospital..
My kittens Luna and Charlie needed medical treatment from accidentally ingesting some poison. We had no way of getting them to the hospital fast, so staff picked them up, the vet treated them and brought them safely back home. Surprisingly their fees were low considering the kittens are not yet covered by insurance.
I/we cannot thank Casey & Cranbourne Veterinary Hospital Vets and staff enough for their above and beyond service.
We truly do appreciate what you do, we'll definitely be going back. ❤

I have been attending this veterinary clinic for several years. Each time I need to contact my vet, I always receive prompt, friendly and helpful service from the clinic staff. My recent experience has been no different. I am a demanding worried parent when one of my fluffy kids is sick and this time one of my cats had injured his foot. Cybil (the vet) was wonderful and treated my cat for the injury. Two days later, the paw was worse, so an urgent call was made again first thing Sunday morning. As always, the staff - (Leanne and Steph this time) were amazing - their confidence and calm demeanor gave me the comfort I needed because I was so worried. Thank you so much to every member of the team at Casey & Cranbourne Vet. Your continued exemplary service, reasonable rates and always going above in everything you do for your patients is appreciated so very much.

we have been taking our dog Emmy here since she was 3 years old and we unfortunately had to take her there for the last time last night i was very upset about not been able to do it in our own home , but Leanne made it so beautiful for Emmy and even us i cant thank her enough. such a kind caring vet. when the time is right again we will be back there again with a puppy with no hesitation .

Leanne has been with our family through the joys of delivering a litter of puppies right the way through to saying goodbye to our 19yo cat. We've always received the best quality care and sensible advice from everyone at the clinic, but the day that I came in with my elderly mum to have her cat euthanised was the day I really understood just how thorough Leanne's care is. She is not just an excellent vet, she's also a genuinely compassionate grief counsellor. When you find a vet like that, you hold onto them, folks.

I inherited Buddy after my son Steve passed away. Steve had been with them since Buddy was a pup and he is now nearing fourteen years old.So now I am continuing.Leanne has been an absolute blessing to deal with. Buddy had a tumour inside his liver last year and I thought I would lose him too. But her knowledge and expertise we still have him. We have numerous issues but Buddy is doing fine. Only for her caring and support she has helped us both. I could go on and on about the entire vet clinic staff and Dr.David and receptionists are equally amazing. I could not recommend highly, a better place to take your beloved furry friend too. Thank you Leanne so much. Never change. Luv Wendy & Buddy

Gratifying to visit a practice where professional commitment can be had at such reasonable cost.

This place is the only vet I would and would ever recommend to go to. Leanne really let’s me know in detail what happening with my pets. She actually will spend time with you. I’ve been going there for the past 20 years.
When we lost our cat earlier this year, she was very comforting and explained what would happened, she made it that much easier for us.
I strongly recommend you at least try it here.

We got our cat through their kitten adoption program 11.5years ago and have been going there ever since. Leanne is our vet and we would not go anywhere else. Leanne is empathetic and sympathetic to both the owners and the animals. All the other vets and staff are the same and all go above and beyond to ensure the well being of your pet and if necessary yourself!! We would and we do highly recommend Casey and Cranbourne Vet Hospital to our friends.

We have been going here for about 2 years now. We have seen Dr Leanne and Dr David. Dr Leanne is our regular and she takes very good care of us. The prices for treatment are exceptionally reasonable and the customer service goes above and beyond. Definitely won't be looking elsewhere!

The staff at Casey Cranbourne vet hospital are amazing, always so friendly and helpful. Regularly take my dogs there and they are always able to help. Last year we made a hard decision to out our dog to sleep to end her suffering and staff were comforting and went step by step through everything with us. Can't thank them enough for everything they have done!

This vet is not knowledgeable in bunnies AT ALL!!!!! We took our bunny there and the vet was so sure it was an ear infection and said he needed a shot. We were charged for the shot and consultation, which we were happy to pay for. A week later, the bunny was still not better so we had gone back to the vet and informed them. The vet wanted to charge us again AND to top it off, the vet said THEY ARE NOT SURE WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE BUNNY. They wanted to make us pay more and said to try more medication (a top up they called it - as if they were a vehicle), but we still have to pay all over again (even though they were SURE it was an ear infection and were SURE the first medication would work. Now our bunny is worse!!!!!

The staff and Dr David are amazing, I have 3 pets that I bring regularly. You can tell that they do love animals and I think that's the most important thing, when you choose a vet for your pets. I would rate them the highest possible. When I've rang because my dog was feeling unwell they have always fitted them in! Thankyou for all your time and effert in keeping my pets healthy.

Have been attending Casey and cranbourne vet now for eight years . The nursing staff are friendly and knowledgeable . The vets are very experienced and caring . My two cats and three dogs have all attended and love the vets. Unfornetly age and illness saw us loss our beloved Scamp and Ozzie. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate and kind person in the vet Leanne to spend the final moments with my fur babies .

My kittens Luna and Charlie needed medical treatment from accidentally ingesting some poison. We had no way of getting them to the hospital fast, so staff picked them up, the vet treated them and brought them safely back home. Surprisingly their fees were low considering the kittens are not yet covered by insurance.

I have been attending this veterinary clinic for several years. Each time I need to contact my vet, I always receive prompt, friendly and helpful service from the clinic staff. My recent experience has been no different. I am a demanding worried parent when one of my fluffy kids is sick and this time one of my cats had injured his foot. This vet is not knowledgeable in bunnies AT ALL!!!!! We took our bunny there and the vet was so sure it was an ear infection and said he needed a shot. We were charged for the shot and consultation, which we were happy to pay for. A week later, the bunny was still not better so we had gone back to the vet and informed them.
