Dr Des Fegan is a renowned Greyhound specialist. I've been taking my adopted greyhound to him for a few years now. The staff are very good and courteous.

From the moment they (sounded like a guy perhaps in his 60's) answered the phone with pretty much "What do you want?" the customer service and phone demeanour was absolutely appalling! Never, ever have I had someone so unhelpful and just plain rude.
