Amazing staff! They were caring and very compassionate when we had to take our 13 year old pet child for euthanasia. They gave us time to say goodbye and asked us when we were ready. They were very informative in a gentle way and we never felt pressured, even about the decision on what to do with the remains.

Staff here are amazing and always go above and beyond for your pet. We have being coming here for years and have always loved the care and attention all the vets and nurses give to our dogs.

This place is excellent and full of very caring staff who have an obvious passion for animal care. I absolutely trust my pet rabbits with them and highly recommend the vet, Emily.

All staff at Croydon Pet Hospital are friendly, knowledgable, and more improtantly, are extremely caring towards my two dogs. One of my dogs has a range of issues, and they know him by name, always ask how he is going, and try to help me out (eg rushing to have medication available) whenever possible. Thank you!
