I have been taking my pets to Maroondah Vet Clinic since before Dr Paul took over and have nothing but the utmost respect for the level of care and empathy from all the vets and staff. I had a dog that had to have emergency surgery Christmas eve and Dr Paul rang us Christmas day & boxing day from memory to check on her, our current dog had to have emergency surgery earlier this year and from the get go the care was first class but never more so than in the week following the surgery. Dr Shelley performed the surgery and I can't recommend her, Paul or Sarah enough.

Most vets care about animals; its almost a given fact. These guys go beyond just caring about the animals that they encounter, and also care about the owners.
While I have visited previously for a general checkup with my two dogs, I had occasion to visit with my cat Zara recently, and they could see that I was distressed. Not only did they care for my Zara, by they calmed me, and provided some specific and very useful advice.
I'm a great believer in praising businesses when they deserve praise. Maroondah Vet Clinic deserve a heap of praise.

Way better than previous vets. Really knowledgable and just want whats best for the animal. Great improvement since swapping to this vet. Not excessively treating either. Highly recommend.

The staff at this vet are so helpful and compassionate. I normally see Paul and he is wonderful with my babies. Sabena is also a lovely person and volunteers her knowledge freely.

Like another review on here, I also travel 40 minutes to see Paul when my Australian Silky Terrier needs some maintenance. At various points I've seen other vets, but have always come back to MVC.
I highly recommend Paul, my 16 1/2 dog would disagree with me though. She is not a fan, but she's kicking on so she can just pipe down.

Cannot thank Maroondah Veterinary Clinic enough for their service today. We attended the clinic after a traumatizing experience at another local vet this morning. I had one very sore pup who has a tendency to be anxious, but with Dr Paul's kind and gentle approach, she didn't show any anxious behaviour at all. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in the area. Thank you for the great service.

I have been taking my pets to Maroondah Vet Clinic since before Dr Paul took over and have nothing but the utmost respect for the level of care and empathy from all the vets and staff. I had a dog that had to have emergency surgery Christmas eve and Dr Paul rang us Christmas day & boxing day from memory to check on her, our current dog had to have emergency surgery earlier this year and from the get go the care was first class but never more so than in the week following the surgery. Most vets care about animals; its almost a given fact. These guys go beyond just caring about the animals that they encounter, and also care about the owners.
While I have visited previously for a general checkup with my two dogs, I had occasion to visit with my cat Zara recently, and they could see that I was distressed. Not only did they care for my Zara, by they calmed me, and provided some specific and very useful advice.
