Unfortunately Dr Hootan has now left this Vet, my only good experience here in 6 years has been the Dr Hootan himself, and l kept going back there because of him. Over the years l have had to put up with abuse from the front desk staff as they don't like to be questioned or held accountable for anything.
My insurance claims would not me lodged sometimes for months and sometimes not at all, and on the rare occasion they would lodge them. When l would call the practice l was always get a rude person on the other side of the phone anything you ask is always to hard to do and at times it doesn't get done at all and takes many phone calls to have something done. Requesting medication would always be a dram they require 48 hours and at times l would simply for get and request within a 24 hour period only to be lectured by the staff and told over and over again their systems and protocols.
The final straw was last week when l went into the surgery to collect my pooch's meds which l requested a week earlier and at the same time asked to have my pets files emailed tome as l would be looking for a new Vet if l cant find Dr Hootan, after several requested l rocked up at the practice only to be told they will not supply my dogs meds because l wanted to leave l felt like they were blackmailing me. In the end l requested my files to me emailed to me whilst l waited in the practice only to be told to get out yelled out screamed at and then wait for it they threatened to call the police, l refused to leave until my files were emailed to me in the end they did call the police which did not turn up whilst l was there but in the end l got my files emailed and left the practice.
This was my experience with this practice and has been a ongoing drama for the past 6 year lm am glad l have left and from my personal experience l would never recommend this practice to any owners of pets, lm sure lm not the only one with this bad appalling treatment l have spoken to a few people at the doggy park that attend that same practice who don't have much to say for the front line staff.

I've been bringing my two dogs to this clinic ever since they were puppies. I have no negative experiences on all the occasions when visiting this vet.
The Vets always seem genuinely interested in my pets welfare and always offer great advice.
I completely trust these guys with handling my dogs healthcare.

Came here last week to get my cat yearly injection. All my dealings here in the last 9 years have been positive except for this visit. Dr. Michael Walczak walked into the room to see to my cat with my 4 year old daughter. Firstly 15 minutes late, no sorry no hello no acknowledge to my daughter who was excited to meet the Vet. Showed little interest in my cat and was obvious he didn't want to be there and wanted to get his $90 fee over and done with. Will not be returning here again which is unfortunate. Maybe once he retires.

They continue to care for Sebastian in the same manner. I can't thank them enough. I have never liked and trusted a vet more than Hootan. He even sent us a sympathy card.

I recently had to put my 20yr old cat smudge down and the compassion shown was amazing and beautiful. What was already a heartbreaking time was made easier by the compassion shown. They went above and beyond helping us get a paw print and allowed us as much time as we wanted to be with her. Came here last week to get my cat yearly injection. All my dealings here in the last 9 years have been positive except for this visit. Dr. Michael Walczak walked into the room to see to my cat with my 4 year old daughter. Firstly 15 minutes late, no sorry no hello no acknowledge to my daughter who was excited to meet the Vet. Showed little interest in my cat and was obvious he didn't want to be there and wanted to get his $90 fee over and done with. Will not be returning here again which is unfortunate. Maybe once he retires.
