The vets are great. They are great with animals and doing the best they can for your loved pet.
The only reason why I did not give five stars is due to being overcharged for fish medicine by the recep...
The vets are great. They are great with animals and doing the best they can for your loved pet.
The only reason why I did not give five stars is due to being overcharged for fish medicine by the receptionist. I was advised it was around $30 before purchasing the medicine (it needed to be ordered from overseas). When I picked it up I had no way of measuring out the dosage, they charged me $20 to weigh out four doses, I was not happy. It seemed that they are grabbing for money, I'm a pensioner and at that point in time we were strapped for cash. I have to admit that that really made me quite upset. When I spoke to another vet clinic they were blown away by how much I was charged for the worming powder.
