Their service when communicating over the phone was unprofessional. Staff and vet failed to honour Bill’s recommendation as left on my dog’s file and wanted to organise a consult when it was not required.
Receptionist verified Bill's comment's left on my dog's file April 2019 clearly stating a prescription and 12-month dose to be provided and a further consult was not required.
Receptionist's rationale was that since Bill has retired new owners cannot process this.
Overall, this practice failed to adhere to the instructions left by veterinarian and owner Bill who advised that a follow-up appointment was not required and to provide my dog with the required assistance.
Current vet did not acknowledge me when attending the clinic on Wednesday 18th 2019 and took very little care of the feedback my partner and I provided over the phone.
Disappointed about their service and will spread the word that this clinic is money hungry and their duty of care is lacking.

The staff at All Creatures on Hoddle have been excellent with my Spoodle, Randy. They desexed him back in April 2018 and have provided ongoing support with his vaccinations, worming and general care that goes with a new puppy. All the staff, including Bill and Michelle, have been great to deal with. They're cheaper than any vet we've used in the past and would recommend to all.

This clinic is absolutely fantastic. Vets are friendly and pets are well cared for whilst in the clinic. Unfortunately no parking on Hoddle street but some free bays on nearby streets in East Melbourne if not during peak times. Prices are reasonable highly recommended.

We have a young male cavoodle and have been attending this vet for vaccinations and recently for the castration operation . We have been very happy with how the staff genuinely seem to love animals and also how thoughtfully they allayed our fears about the operation and kept us informed on the day.

After being very hesitant on picking the right vet for my bunny who I love just as much as any dog and I didn't think vets would care for my bunny as much as any other dog, I finally landed on All creatures, Dr Stephanie honestly treated my bunny with the same amazing care they'd give to any dog which I can never be so grateful for. If you can't decided between vets, trust me, this one is the one and only. Im going to take my bunny here everytime from now on

As the owner of two Spoodles I can highly recommend Dr Bill Ryan and his team at All Creatures on Hoddle. In way of background one of Spoodles was very sick as a puppy and we nearly lost her. We rang Bill on a Sunday morning as an emergency call and he met us at the clinic straight away. He saved her life and has been our vet ever since.
I have recommended Bill to many friends and we think he is a best vet around.

DR bill saved my cats life! He is amazing.
OCT 2016 - The team and Michelle at all creatures looked after my cat azi for over 1 week and cared deeply for azi. He had 6 operations and was touch and go.If it wasn't for Bills knowledge azi would have died.
On grand final day dr bill was on his way to Shepparton when i called him.
He turned his car around to treat my boy. How amazing is that.
In reply to those whom had have written a review here about the spelling mistakes?? Have some compassion. we re all human.
Isn't it about the car of the animals?
Bill cares deeply and gives over 150%. I would highly recommend all creatures to everyone. Dr bill is the best thank you so much xxx

Bill and the team at All Creatures on Hoddle are superb! We have been taking our Pugalier to Bill for the past 4.5 years and the diagnosis, advice and service in spot on. We would highly recommend.

I cannot believe how much the vet that I saw didn't care at all. She didn't provide me with any information in regards to any of the questions I asked or just the basics of what to look out for as I'm...
I cannot believe how much the vet that I saw didn't care at all. She didn't provide me with any information in regards to any of the questions I asked or just the basics of what to look out for as I'm new to owning a bunny. I mentioned to her how my rabbit is incredibly high in calcium and her response was quite literally "You need to feed her 70% hay okay". All she gets is Timothy hay and Oxbow young rabbit food. She presented me with no ways in how to help her problem or what I need to look out for if it was to get worse. I was literally in there for about 3 minutes for a vaccination and a consultation - she couldn't have tried to get me out faster if she wanted too. She also didn't let me know about any of the symptoms that would occur due to the vaccination. Absolutely horrific!

Their service when communicating over the phone was unprofessional. Staff and vet failed to honour Bill’s recommendation as left on my dog’s file and wanted to organise a consult when it was not required.

The staff at All Creatures on Hoddle have been excellent with my Spoodle, Randy. They desexed him back in April 2018 and have provided ongoing support with his vaccinations, worming and general care that goes with a new puppy.
