I’m so happy with our experience at Elwood Vet. The clinic is clean and fresh, the staff are super nice and the times I’ve called to ask follow up questions since my little pug dog April has had her de sexing, I’ve always felt satisfied with the answers and get the feeling that they’re true professionals answering my questions, people who really know their profession and have a genuine ability to put pets before anything else. I was also pleased with the cost, as our previous vet whom we only moved from because we moved location, had quoted $150 more for the same procedure. (Sorry for the upside down photo but I didn’t know how to rotate it, lol). We are proud to be with Elwood Vet.

I decided to try Elwood Vet after being underwhelmed (and well and truly over-serviced) by my previous vet and I am an immediate fan. There is a genuine focus on practical and appropriate treatment with all the love and care but none of the constant up-sell I was used to experiencing from my previous vet. Five stars and highly recommended from me.

The Elwood Vet team was fantastic in helping us to get through a recent "episode" after our groodle Harry had developed an unfortunate habit of swallowing balls. Dr Deb was highly professional in her approach, fully explaining our options and risks at all stages of the treatment. Most importantly she had done this with a lovely human touch and great empathy.

Great coffee, great service.
Food was a little cold, but on the plus side there were lots of animals which made for a great experience.

The most amazing vet I've ever been to. Caring, loving and knowledgable, I know my cat is always in safe hands with the staff at Elwood Vet. My cats recently had a lot of health issues and with the care received from Elwood Vet, he's returned to good health. I know that wouldn't have been the case had we been to another vet. Highly recommend!

My cheeky little cat managed to break her leg... Elwood vet were onto it straight away and she was in surgery 2 days after our initial visit. They were amazing at assisting with payment plans and showed genuine empathy for our situation. This will now be my chosen clinic from now :) Thanks team!

I went in for some advice for shampoo for my dog. I was greeted by an unprofessional woman, who patronised me & my knowledge of my rescue dog (I have had dogs my whole life, this is not my first experience as a pet owner). She slagged off the "over priced" pet store up the street which I think (as a small business owner myself) is disgraceful in such a small community

I’m so happy with our experience at Elwood Vet. The clinic is clean and fresh, the staff are super nice and the times I’ve called to ask follow up questions since my little pug dog April has had her de sexing, I’ve always felt satisfied with the answers and get the feeling that they’re true professionals answering my questions, people who really know their profession and have a genuine ability to put pets before anything else.
