I been taking my dog Ruby there for the last 8 years. Basically is the best vet I came across and I would not trust anybody else looking after Ruby. Vadi the vet, has total passion and dedication for his work. he spend time with you explaining exactly what is wrong with your pet and what are the options. Also he will not rip you off. Bought my dog ‘Chompers’ for a quick dental checkup for the first time in this clinic. We were waiting patiently for our turn until, I saw the owner yelling at an older tradie. The issue seemed to be around non-payment for some work this tradie did for the clinic. Despite some strong arguments, the poor guy had to leave without any reimbursement when the owner threatened to call the cops. Ignoring all that we went ahead the checkup, but as soon as we got home, Chompers unusually had diahorrea and has been acting weird for the last few days, I wonder if he suffered any memory loss after that checkup. First of all they have terrible customer service. Doesn't give full information or details about products given. Expecting us to know what we're meant to do is utterly outrageous. All they want to do is take your money and rip you off. I took my pet dog in for a check up and all they did was examine my pet without telling us what was the actual problem. They discuss the issues within themselves but don't actually tell the customer. I know for a fact that they have been doing business for a while now but I'm surprised people still go there. Couldn't have been more helpful. Checked out my new puppies head to toe. Explained everything I needed to know about their medications and feeding. This is a very good doctor. Experienced, knowledgeable and caring, and NOT extensive. I moved to the area not long ago, and am very happy that I went to him, despite of some bad reviews. I went to him becouse he took my dog after 6PM, and am glad I did. He was patient, and taught me how to administer the medication. If there was 10 points, I would give it to him. If he knew how to market him self, he probably could command higher fees. Very highly recommended. Read Less

Came to him to find out what's wrong with my rabbit. He had no clue but was fine charging me for it. Now I want to know how much I'd be looking at paying for desexing a dog, and surprise surprise, he won't give me any general figures without paying for a check up. Read Less
