I took two of my cats here about a year ago and they were lovely at the time... but they just called me today soliciting me for vaccinations and asking how my cat was and he literally passed away last week and if they checked his microchip it would have came up as deceased... really did not need this phone call right before i have to go to work.

I brought a dog into this vet that i had found wondering around on the roads in traffic around endeavour hills, the woman behind the counter was incredibly helpful and had already had some calls from people that had a similar dog. The woman was very kind towards the dog and was very concerend for its well being. I am glad that the dog was able to get back to its previous owners happy ans safe.

I wanted to especially thank Dr Kerry Bail and all the staff at Vets in Endeavour Hills for taking such good care of my girls this year.
Kerry has performed many a procedure on my four legged children...
I wanted to especially thank Dr Kerry Bail and all the staff at Vets in Endeavour Hills for taking such good care of my girls this year.
Kerry has performed many a procedure on my four legged children over the years, and she has always shown professionalism, compassion and kindness.
Recently my little dog Amber was very unwell and Kerry very promptly referred her to the VRH in Hallam where she had life saving surgery.
Kerry kept in very close contact with me during this difficult time of which was in her own personal time outside of normal business hours.
I have been a client of the Endeavour Hills Vet Clinic for just on 18 years and have had a great relationship with Kerry, Yvonne and now Jarrett.
Special thanks also go to all the lovely Vet nurses.

I took my three dogs for their Annual Vet Check and Vaccinations yesterday. They were seen by Dr Kerry Bail. My dogs absolutely love Dr Kerry, they were so excited to see her I had trouble controlling them :) Kerry puts all of us at ease as soon as we walk in. I have seen a number of vets since I have been a pet owner (30 Years) and I have never met anyone as kind, caring, professional and experienced as her. I have been forced to see other vets over the years due to moving house, but always when possible I return. Thanks to everyone at Endeavour Hills Veterinary Practise :))

My husband and I have been living in Endeavour Hills for the past 2 years. We have 2 German Shepherds Indie and Rocco who we Bring to this vet every few months and we have always been well looked after every time we visit or call. This year in 2016 we have welcomed into this world 14 German Shepherd puppies across two lots of litters from Our dogs Indie and Rocco and Endeavour Hills vet clinic has looked after all our puppies and adult shepherds from day 1 with exceptional service and care. I highly recommend this vet ! My mum has been bringing our animals here ever since i can remember. I started bringing my 2 cats here about 2 years ago. Last week the treatment my sick cat received was above and beyond. I have been able to ring and ask questions and they have also rang to check up on her. The quality of care here is amazing. :)

I have been dealing with Kerry Bail for years now. I have the utmost respect for her as a vet and friend to my "kids". So much respect i have named my new little ones after her, Angel (what i have always called Kerry) and Bailey (play on her last name). I could not think of a higher compliment to her than naming my "kids" after her. Always does her heartfelt best, never ever half does things with animal health. Always goes beyond normal vet standards to ensure every family member is treated with kindness, understanding and the best medicine can bring. Kerry is also amazing with sooky human carers who walk in to her surgery panicked and frightened. The only critical thing i can say about Kerry is that she just wont be my personal human GP, so i have to see a "human" gp, i want the same care my "kids" get

I have been coming here for years most of the time quite please until recently. Took my dog in due to ear infection... $300 later got the medication and made a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks. Took her back after the 2 weeks ear was getting better so medication was changed $210 later. Her ear got worse to the point of scratching until it bled. $510 so far and no positive result yet they were happy to take my money and charge me full price for the follow-ups. What happened to the client is always right and give me a refund since I was not happy with their service. My dog has been suffering for 4 weeks now and all they wanted was for me to keep going back. Well today I took her elsewhere and the difference in service and care was amazing so yes Endeavour Hills Veterinary Hospital you have lost my vote, my money and my dog as your client.

At first I tried to give no stars because that is a better reflection of my experiences with Endeavour Hills Vetinary Hospital but Google+ wouldn't accept it. My dog was prescribed medication that made his condition dramatically worse over a course of days leaving him to die in pain and with no dignity. Side effects were never discussed by the "vet" (if you want to call her that). These irreversible side effects ultimately killed my poor puppy. They also would not absorb any of the costs of the hundreds of dollars of unused medication we were left with.

I highly recommend this vet ! My mum has been bringing our animals here ever since i can remember. I started bringing my 2 cats here about 2 years ago. Last week the treatment my sick cat received was above and beyond. I have been able to ring and ask questions and they have also rang to check up on her. The quality of care here is amazing. :)

After paying an un-reasonable amount for a consultation, they then overcharged for medication by over 200% when compared to a majority of other vets in the area. When approached, they refused to acknowledge the unfair price and ignored the complaint. Avoid them at all costs!

I have been dealing with Kerry Bail for years now. I have the utmost respect for her as a vet and friend to my "kids". So much respect i have named my new little ones after her, Angel (what i have always called Kerry) and Bailey (play on her last name). I could not think of a higher compliment to her than naming my "kids" after her. Always does her heartfelt best, never ever half does things with animal health. Always goes beyond normal vet standards to ensure every family member is treated with kindness, understanding and the best medicine can bring. Kerry is also amazing with sooky human carers who walk in to her surgery panicked and frightened. The only critical thing i can say about Kerry is that she just wont be my personal human GP, so i have to see a "human" gp, i want the same care my "kids" get

I have been coming here for years most of the time quite please until recently. Took my dog in due to ear infection... $300 later got the medication and made a follow-up appointment in 2 weeks. Took her back after the 2 weeks ear was getting better so medication was changed $210 later. Her ear got worse to the point of scratching until it bled. $510 so far and no positive result yet they were happy to take my money and charge me full price for the follow-ups. What happened to the client is always right and give me a refund since I was not happy with their service. My dog has been suffering for 4 weeks now and all they wanted was for me to keep going back. Well today I took her elsewhere and the difference in service and care was amazing so yes Endeavour Hills Veterinary Hospital you have lost my vote, my money and my dog as your client.

At first I tried to give no stars because that is a better reflection of my experiences with Endeavour Hills Vetinary Hospital but Google+ wouldn't accept it. My dog was prescribed medication that made his condition dramatically worse over a course of days leaving him to die in pain and with no dignity. Side effects were never discussed by the "vet" (if you want to call her that). These irreversible side effects ultimately killed my poor puppy. They also would not absorb any of the costs of the hundreds of dollars of unused medication we were left with.
