Thank you to Lucy, Will and all the team for your wonderful care of our dear cat Daisy during her final weeks. You all went above and beyond our expectations in trying to get to the bottom of her inexplicably going blind, (which turned out to be a fast-progressing tumour) and showed extraordinary care and compassion both for her and our family as she quickly declined, and the time came for us to make that terribly sad decision to have her put to sleep. Thank you too for the kind message in your card afterwards, it was very much appreciated. We will certainly be entrusting all our pets to your care in future.

As first time puppy parents we get just as anxious as our poppet, especially when something just isn't right. Thank you to Beverly, dr Lucy and all of the wonderful staff for being so patient, thorough, kind and helpful. I hope I don't have to see you again until her next round of vacs next year but I definitely will not hesitate to call if needed. The way everyone was so informative, the communication between staff was outstanding and the place was fantastic. Thank you for being so kind to Makita when vets definitely aren't her favourite place to go and for being so reassuring to Michael and I that we are doing the best for her and recommending lots of wonderful tricks! We were referred and are so glad we were!

I have been going to Frankston Heights vet for years now and they always make it a great experience, weather I am there for a check up or an emergency. Thy have the best staff that try to answer any an all questions you have and have always helped me and my pets, I have 2 dogs a cat and a rabbit that I bring to this vet and they have always been able to give me advice and help me with anything I've needed I would highly recommend going to this vet.

I have been attending Frankston Heights Vet Clinic for many many years - Why? because their level of service, their level of care and the clinic itself is just of the highest grade. The animals' welfare is always their first priority - not the money side of things. Some people think that the clinic is a bit more expensive than other clinics in the area, but to our family it is the peace of mind to know that you have given your animal the best opportunity possible in all circumstances. The Vet staff are just wonderful, extremely knowledgable and very approachable.

The dedication at the clinic is outstanding! We have experienced first hand countless staff going above and beyond to help diagnose, treat and monitor more than one of our fur babies. And whilst we weren't so fortunate with the outcome (and a difficult decision it was) for Zoe we wouldn't have chosen any other team to go on the journey with us. Frankston Heights Vet are always our first choice in Veterinary care and it doesn't matter where we move to, it's well worth the travel.

I have been going to Frankston Heights vet for years now and they always make it a great experience, weather I am there for a check up or an emergency. Thy have the best staff that try to answer any an all questions you have and have always helped me and my pets, I have 2 dogs a cat and a rabbit that I bring to this vet and they have always been able to give me advice and help me with anything I've needed I would highly recommend going to this vet.

The animals' welfare is always their first priority - not the money side of things. Some people think that the clinic is a bit more expensive than other clinics in the area, but to our family it is the peace of mind to know that you have given your animal the best opportunity possible in all circumstances. The dedication at the clinic is outstanding! We have experienced first hand countless staff going above and beyond to help diagnose, treat and monitor more than one of our fur babies.
