I took my dog to the Vet last Tuesday morning as he was a bit unwell & I was told he had zero platelets and was in a critical condition. We had to take him to AEC Frankston that night as he needed 24 care & monitoring. The Vet we spoke to at AEC showed no emotion or care when talking to us. She was more concerned about telling us the costs involved & it appeared they care more about the money than the animals. I picked my dog up the next morning to take back to my Vet & unfortunately we had to put him down a few hours later as he was dying. My vet was amazing & AEC were disgraceful. They didn’t check my dogs blood since midnight even though we were told that it was critical his blood was monitored throughout the night. I do not recommend this hospital!! They should be ashamed! AEC Frankston doesn’t care about the life of your pets. They have no heart, or emotion. They let the animals die alone without caring. All they want is money. I strongly don’t recommend!

Our 7 year old dog died 2 days after visiting this vet. They gave us no indication that our dog was that ill he would become deceased. Very expensive indeed.
