What do you call an inexperienced, unprofessional and unethical Vet, which is that incompetent that they are unable to tell the difference between a DNA confirmed Natural Born Bobtail and a docked tail on a pup? A Vet that allegedly claimed that we had chopped the pup's tail off, with either a razor blade or stanley knife, even though a more qualified Vet with many more years experience, confirmed the tail was normal. Where the RSPCA said we did not dock the tail and even went further with the RSPCA Chief Inspector stating, “Because the Reality is, I think in this case we can say you didn’t dock their tails that’s 100%” A Vet so incompetent, that she and her staff made numerous unsubstantiated comments, based on a poor quality X-ray, "a straight diagnal cut.... This doesnt happen in nature!!" and "The fact that the line demarcating the end of the last vertebrae is straight indicates that this is likely a surgical cut and not a natural occurrence, in which you would expect the end to be significantly more rounded. Considering all of this I believe that the tail ‘bob’ tail has been docked and that it has not occurred naturally." She accused us of docking our DNA verified Natural Born Bobtail pup, because it may have had; an unusual tail abnormality on the tip of her tail. This Vet only examined the pup more than two weeks after it had left our care. She then falsely accused us of docking a DNA verified Natural Born Bobtail pup, which the RSPCA said we did not dock. She made other claims in her capacity as a supposedly reputable professional, which independent third party Vet documents confirmed were false, these documents indicated that some damage to the tail had occurred nearly a month after the pup had left our care. So what do you call an incompetent and unprofessional Vet like this, why Dr Laura Schram from Vet 2 Pet of course, located at 690 Bacchus Marsh Rd, Lara Victoria. I want the public to know how incompetent this Vet is, what happens the next time when it is your precious pet that she misdiagnosed. Dr Scam was given every opportunity to clarify the record, to either confirm or deny what she had done. Even when she was presented with all the evidence which confirmed that she had falsely diagnosed our pup as being docked, she repeatedly ignored our attempts to get to the truth. With all the overwhelming evidence Dr Schram continued to support the lie that she believed we harmed our pup, even though the RSPCA confirmed that we did not. Vets are supposed to be professional and ethical, they have a duty of care and for some reason Dr Schram decided to ignore all that and perpetrate a lie that was easily dis-proven. This Vet should be prosecuted for fraud and de-registered, she is an absolute disgrace to the Vet profession. If she is unable to even determine correctly if a tail on a DNA confirmed Natural Born Bobtail is docked or not, a tail which the RSPCA themselves stated we did not dock, a tail that an independent Vet said was damaged nearly a month after leaving our care, how can she be trusted with your pet? Help expose incompetent Vets like this and do not let them continue to behave in this unprofessional manner, she needs to be held accountable for her actions. Besides the other legal actions we will involve her in, we will lodge a formal complaint against her with the Victorian Veterinary Board. Read Less
