Took my cat in for a blood test and she hates the vet. Had to sedate her but, vet did not discuss any consequences to anaesthetic. My 15yo cat was knocked out for 24 hours due to the amount she was given for a two minute blood test. Then when she finally woke she was deaf. This apparently can be a side effect in dogs and cats I know now. If this had been explained in the first place then would I have taken a different course of action. Not impressed.

Excellent service, professional, compassionate with great common sense and very good communication. Been here for years and am so grateful for care during difficult time of death of two elderly dogs over a year and current care of my two spoodles. Highly recommend. My best friend, also a health professional is equally impressed.

Fantastic service - our two dogs have seen both vets and had only positive experiences - really recommend! I feel 100% comfortable entrusting Shane and Gerard with our two dogs’ health and well-being....
Fantastic service - our two dogs have seen both vets and had only positive experiences - really recommend! I feel 100% comfortable entrusting Shane and Gerard with our two dogs’ health and well-being. Also recommend them for human “well being” being very adept at dealing with highly strung pet owners freaking out over nothing (me), patiently reassuring and informing me about any perceived crisis’. Thank you!!

Gerard and Shane are wonderful vets - knowledgeable, professional and always caring and compassionate. They have been our vets for 12 years and have gone above and beyond in their care for our fur babies. Dr Gerard personally called the day after an appointment to check how our kitty was doing. Outstanding service beyond all expectations and we are so very grateful to have them!

A truly amazing team here with Shane and Gerard. Wonderful bedside manner, compassionate, knowledgeable and understanding in even the toughest circumstances. Having experienced their service I just don't know if I would/could go anywhere else. Just awesome.

Took my cat in for a blood test and she hates the vet. Had to sedate her but, vet did not discuss any consequences to anaesthetic.
