Took my cat in for a blood test and she hates the vet. Had to sedate her but, vet did not discuss any consequences to anaesthetic. My 15yo cat was knocked out for 24 hours due to the amount she was ...
Took my cat in for a blood test and she hates the vet. Had to sedate her but, vet did not discuss any consequences to anaesthetic. My 15yo cat was knocked out for 24 hours due to the amount she was given for a two minute blood test. Then when she finally woke she was deaf. This apparently can be a side effect in dogs and cats I know now. If this had been explained in the first place then would I have taken a different course of action. Not impressed.

Also recommend them for human “well being” being very adept at dealing with highly strung pet owners freaking out over nothing (me), patiently reassuring and informing me about any perceived crisis’. Outstanding service beyond all expectations and we are so very grateful to have them!
