I cannot speak highly enough of Brandon Park's staff and facilities. My poor dog had baffled some vets for weeks with a strange rash so we took him into Brandon Park for a second opinion, within minutes of running tests our vet Daniel knew exactly what the issue was, explained it thoroughly and provided options and a treatment plan. We never felt pressured to undertake expensive routes and the entire consultation was incredibly thorough and reassuring. Later that same week my dog sadly ended up in emergency. The hospital sent Brandon Park the report and notes after we were discharged and I was honestly amazed at how quickly Daniel made an effort to follow up with me and talk me through the report he was sent and discuss next steps. The reception staff are some of the kindest, politest I have ever come across and I cannot praise Dr. Daniel enough for the empathy and expertise he has shown my dog in such a short space of time. I would recommend this vet to anybody in a heartbeat - they are fantastic and genuinely care.

They over charge a bloody lot. I wanted to cut my dogs nails and they were going to charge me $28... Which is un-freakin-believable. I went to pet story in mount Waverley and they did it for $10. Sure...

Sure it's another ten minutes away in the best traffic but waaaay better than overcharging like this place.

I went to Brandon Park Veterinary Hospital with my new kitty for her vaccination and check up. They're not the cheapest but are still fair priced. The staff here are very friendly and patient. They helped put my kitty at ease the best they could. Always happy to answer any questions over the phone about your pet! Quick and easy to get to with good parking. Small vet hospital which means you can easily get an appointment. I'll be going there again for our next appointment and would recommend for others in the area.

Brandon Park Vet is a great clinic full of kind and wonderful people. They have always been friendly and provided great service. During my most recent visit there was some miscommunication about the price of my appointment, and the staff there took the time to actually listen to me and resolve the issue, which treatment I am learning is becoming more and more of a rarity these days. It really did mean a lot to be treated with such respect and kindness and I shall definitely be returning there in future.

Had the worst ongoing experience of my life with this vet. Siobhan, a vet nurse, is the most cold and incompetent person I've ever met in the industry. She (and the vet clinic) have constantly ignored what I've had to say and I've turned out to be right each time. They missed 3 breaks in my puppy's leg, overcharged me, and overall filled me with dread when I knew I had to deal with them. Cannot put in to words how much I recommend you find another vet.

This is the place where we take our labrador as well as our rabbit. The staff are very friendly and the vets very caring. They make you feel as though your pet is the most important pet to them. They have a pretty good hydrobath, which for my 38kg labrador is essential as he's too big to go in the bath when he shakes so much! The only thing is with the hydrobath they seem to have problems with the equipment quite often. Sometimes it's the nozzle, other times the cold water tap was stuck in the on position (but not leaking as there is a sprayer trigger you have to press). Other than that it's a great place to have all the services you need for your pet.

The vets here have been incredibly handy to me and my pets over the last few years. They're really, really nice people who are passionate about looking after the animals in their care, and it shows in everything they do at this place.It's clean, generally pretty quiet (I mean, it's a vet, not a library), and the staff are lovely. I've had pets tagged, desexed, vaccinated, euthanised, pretty much everything you could expect to have as a breeder, I've had done here.I really, really like this place. A lot.

I went to Brandon Park Veterinary Hospital with my new kitty for her vaccination and check up. They're not the cheapest but are still fair priced. The staff here are very friendly and patient. They helped put my kitty at ease the best they could. Always happy to answer any questions over the phone about your pet! Quick and easy to get to with good parking. Small vet hospital which means you can easily get an appointment. I'll be going there again for our next appointment and would recommend for others in the area.

Brandon Park Vet is a great clinic full of kind and wonderful people. They have always been friendly and provided great service. During my most recent visit there was some miscommunication about the price of my appointment, and the staff there took the time to actually listen to me and resolve the issue, which treatment I am learning is becoming more and more of a rarity these days. Had the worst ongoing experience of my life with this vet. Siobhan, a vet nurse, is the most cold and incompetent person I've ever met in the industry. She (and the vet clinic) have constantly ignored what I've had to say and I've turned out to be right each time. They missed 3 breaks in my puppy's leg, overcharged me, and overall filled me with dread when I knew I had to deal with them. Cannot put in to words how much I recommend you find another vet.

This is the place where we take our labrador as well as our rabbit. The staff are very friendly and the vets very caring. They make you feel as though your pet is the most important pet to them.
