Went in with a dog that was struggling to breathe. Was made to wait with said choking dog as the receptionist took her time asking for irrelevant info as if it weren't a time sensitive issue. Dog was breathing normally by the time the vet came to see us. He berated us for being new to the practice, complained about our dog not sitting still enough (she was scared!) and didn't listen to our description of what was wrong. He told us that it was a "reverse sneeze" and was incredibly condescending. Charged us $80 for the privilege. We ended up having to go to another vet the next day because the breathing problems didn't resolve. The new vet actually examined her properly, found that food had gone down her airway, and treated her accordingly. Will never bring another pet back to this place. Who the hell needs a condescending lecture about not being to a vet before, right after watching their pet go limp from chocking so hard? Appalling. Read Less
