My German shepherd was limping so I took her to Pound road vet clinic and had her booked in for xrays.
10 minutes before the appointment the nurse called me to cancel the appointment as they could not...
My German shepherd was limping so I took her to Pound road vet clinic and had her booked in for xrays.
10 minutes before the appointment the nurse called me to cancel the appointment as they could not get their xray machine to work, this was frustrating as I had taken the day off work. They called me back about an hour or two later to say its working again, it was just one part that was not plugged in properly and I could bring her in. But by that point I had already fed my dog and she was unable to do the xray as she was going under anaesthetic.
I decided to rebook and took my dog in the following week. She had her xrays and I paid close to 600 dollars for these.
We had identified she needed a TPLO surgery and had booked in with a surgeon. The surgeons clinic called me and said the xrays that were taken (at pound road) were taken at the wrong angle and poor quality and he needed to xray my dog again before he could do the surgery.
Overpriced and service was very poor.

When I found out my beautiful boy was sick. The staff at pound road made my decision earlier to cope they were beautiful people and kind hearted. They sent me a card saying sorry for my loss after Hunter passed away peacefully on the 29th of August. I couldn't of asked for such kind people to help me through the worest decision of my life. Even tho he his gone I miss him so dearly they been nothing but wonderful people. Dr Phill and his team I will always recommend them.

We were very well looked after by Dr. Phil, Dr. Yuen and Nurse Ashleigh while Kitty Kat was suffering poorly. Although the circumstances were grim, at no time did we feel pressured to make decisions. ...
We were very well looked after by Dr. Phil, Dr. Yuen and Nurse Ashleigh while Kitty Kat was suffering poorly. Although the circumstances were grim, at no time did we feel pressured to make decisions. They are fantastic at looking after the humans as well as the animals, and comforted us during sad moments. We felt supported throughout the whole process, with both Phil and Yuen updating us regularly. We are really grateful for the level of service they offer, whether the moments are good or bad, they do everything they can to help, and we'd never go anywhere else!

When I found out my beautiful boy was sick. The staff at pound road made my decision earlier to cope they were beautiful people and kind hearted. We were very well looked after by Dr. Phil, Dr. Yuen and Nurse Ashleigh while Kitty Kat was suffering poorly. Although the circumstances were grim, at no time did we feel pressured to make decisions. They are fantastic at looking after the humans as well as the animals, and comforted us during sad moments.
