Alan made time to see our much loved and seriously sick cat. He was professional, honest and straightforward. Our cat was at the end of her life and we were able to be with her to the end. His fees are also much more reasonable than the large practice we’ve been to. We were very grateful for his care.

Myself and all my friends come to Alan should a problem with our pets appear.
He is humble and amasses a great deal of knowledge in his field. This is I think, expected from a person who holds 2 degrees in Vet science - one from Europe and one from Australia.
He is no bullshit artist and gets straight to the point. Alan treasures his reputation. His honesty has been proven countless times. Once I witnessed a breeder who came to Alan for help from the regional town Sale . That tells me Alan is highly respected across Victoria.
My friends and I wish Alan all the best in his career and are thanking him once again for his great services and help to these in need.

Utterly disappointed with the experience. Vet insisted that our cat needed an operation and could lose some teeth for $300+. The clinic was quite frankly delapitaded and filthy. We spoke to another clinic with a better reputation who informed us the cats teeth were perfectly fine. What a joke.

I have used the services of this vet for about two decades. I was always happy. All of my adopted cats were looked after by Alan. He is very much to the point and competent. Reliable and very honest. What matters to me is the welfare of my animal. Every time, over the years I had no doubt that this vet's focus is what's best for the animal he's treating. I don't mind the matter of fact approach and somewhat dry bedside manner. I have full faith in Alan's skills and will continue to use his services.

Have been to this vet twice. Each time he was open, available same day and fixed the cat. A no-nonsense attitude and dry bedside manner but did the job and made recommendations for prevention of further issues. I will return.

This hospital picked my dog up who had gotten out because unfortunately our fence had broken in the storm, then proceeded to make me pay $45 to pick her up after he did a health consultation which I did not ask for. Very rude man. Pretty much bullied me into paying.

*btw though named a 'hospital', as far as I see, it really is just a vet doing all the jobs...

Alan made time to see our much loved and seriously sick cat. He was professional, honest and straightforward. Our cat was at the end of her life and we were able to be with her to the end. Utterly disappointed with the experience. Vet insisted that our cat needed an operation and could lose some teeth for $300+. The clinic was quite frankly delapitaded and filthy. We spoke to another clinic with a better reputation who informed us the cats teeth were perfectly fine. What a joke.

I have used the services of this vet for about two decades. I was always happy. All of my adopted cats were looked after by Alan. He is very much to the point and competent. Reliable and very honest. What matters to me is the welfare of my animal. Every time, over the years I had no doubt that this vet's focus is what's best for the animal he's treating. This hospital picked my dog up who had gotten out because unfortunately our fence had broken in the storm, then proceeded to make me pay $45 to pick her up after he did a health consultation which I did not ask for. Very rude man. Pretty much bullied me into paying.
