My young lab will not leave the clinic until he sees Henry, he literally tries to break in to the room to see him, I take him when we go to get the old labs meds and if I say vet to him he gets super excited....and yes Henry neutered him and he still adores him, dogs have a great sense of people and all the staff are brilliant according to bones!

They all possess such a wonderful understanding of how important our pets are to us and have shown much empathy and compassion when we recently lost our 15 year old boy Harry. They not only cared for him, but they cared for our family. We want to say a big thank you to you all for being there for all of us. Can not recommend the clinic enough. Was our first time there today for our dog to have surgery and the service was amazing. The staff were compassionate, friendly and full of information. When we collected our dog the girls went through everything with us and took the time to advice us what to do and expect once home, happily answering all our question. Great customer service.

Absolutely beautiful vet practice, had my boxer in there for the day, she was so well looked after, the nurses and vets went above and beyond for her, made sure she was well looked after and lots of cuddles, honestly wish there was more vet practice's like south valley, and i wish i had of found them sooner! Extremely rude and incompetent staff that do not genuinely care for your pet. Highly disappointed and upset with my cats experience here. My cat was so distressed from after this visit I tried calling the vet 3 times and they did not even bother returning my call or even care about his state of well being. My cat was even booked in for surgery which I changed after their lack of care and concern for him. I switched vets immediately. Do not take your pet here. Purely out for your money.

I have now since moved to Ballarat and I without hesitation bring my new puppy to our family vet Karminda.
