Really good staff with excellent animal AND people skills. Highly recommend this Vet. I went in pretty uptight due to the stress but they treated the cat AND helped me understand things and so on.

By far one of the most caring, nurturing vets in the western suburbs. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area, the staff genuinely care for pets and do the best they can to assist.

If you want your dog groomed stay away from the Greencross on Derrimut Rd hoppers crossing. My dog was cut and shaved so ridiculously short on his face it looked terrible and you could see his skin it was so short and I only put my dog in for a wash. It has taken 3 months to grow back. My friend also went in the same week and her dog was shaved so short there was no need for it. And in winter time. He was also there for over 3 hours. How stressful for the dog. I was also going to be charged the same about of a full groom as I was charged cheaper for the wash the first time with a different lady who is now not there any more. Obviously they are charging what the like depending on how easy the dog was. They also told me they had to wrestle my dog down to do his face. That is insane as he is so gentle when it comes to bath time and the groomer I now see says he is great and doesn't have a problem. It sure does make sense when they say if the person is calm the dog is calm to. I will never be returning to this vet for a groom and I will never recommend it to anybody. Take your baby elsewhere that is going to be treated with care and respect. The vet practice I'm sure is great but stay away from the grooming service!Read Less
