This has got to be the best Vet and Cattery in the city. The cattery is so reasonably priced and our cat is so happy when he stays there, big shout out to Christine and the other Cattery carers. Unfortunately, Kew Vet and Cattery are always pushing the sell. I took my dog to get neutered. They quoted me $495 for this service. Once I arrived at the clinic, they recommended I screen my pet for hip displasia (which whether or not they suffer from, there is not treatment available) for $220. I declined the screening. I picked up my dog, the surgery had gone well, upon my return three days later for his post surgery examination, the Vet said it would cost another $220 to remove the sutches as he would need to be given a general anaesthetic. I contacted the vet and asked if I could come in and pick up a cone as it was damaged by the dog, they said yes but it will cost you $20, her solution was that I seek other Vets. There have been more occasions when the sell has been pushed on me, but this was the final straw. For what you charge, at least try and match the customer service. Read Less

Our Golden Retriever developed a big lump on his ear, when I rang Kew Vet and Cattery at 8am they fitted him straight in for an 845am appointment, Erin was so lovely and helpful! After filling out the new patient form we saw Chanelle and she was absolutely fantastic. Talked me through what was wrong and the options to treat. She fitted him straight in for surgery taking me through the approximate costs. We just collected Jasper and she took us through the aftercare, what to expect and how to care for him. Excellent vets and a great cattery. They spend time with the cats every day get them out of their little rooms.y girls had never been to a cattery before and the staff allayed my fears with a photo or two of them settled in and playing with the staff. Very caring.Read Less

Always a pleasure visiting both clinics and also the cattery! We've had two massive scares with both our beautiful Ragdolls and the staff have been very supportive and helpful the entire time (despite me being a blubbering mess). Zoe & Lufie are happy and healthy kitties. :) Highly recommend. Read Less
