They saved my dog from a tiger snake bite, but communication was very poor! Was told I would get a call in 2 hours, after me sending many messages and 5hours later I was told she had crashed.Also I think she was left their by herself, I thought it serious enough that someone would be their with her! She had the ani venom, got a message the next day saying she had some neurological signs but not any worse and the would give me a update the next morning. They never contacted me the next morning, I had to call again! We went in and explained how their was no communication and were very upset. Was told it would be passed on, thought I would have heard from someone. It been 2 weeks, not heard from anyone! You pay alot of money for emergency hospital you expect communication! I thought Vets are meant to be their for the owners as well! I gave them 4 stars because they save her life, would give them 1 star for communication!
