Came in with my friend and her dog to get a check up. As soon as we walked in the receptionist could not have been more blunt and uninterested, the Vet herself could not have been ruder to the other staff, myself and her dog. Absolutely appalling, disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. Snapping at everything the other staff said, treating them like idiots when they were just trying to help and being unnecessarily rough on my friends poor dog which was clearly not needed at all. Could not comprehend the manner in which she was speaking to us at all, ridiculous. Never going back.

Came in with my friend and her dog to get a check up. As soon as we walked in the receptionist could not have been more blunt and uninterested, the Vet herself could not have been ruder to the other staff, myself and her dog. Absolutely appalling, disgusting and unprofessional behaviour.
