Terrible Vet, she falsely claimed that a DNA Verified Natural Born Bob Tail Dobermann was docked, even though the RSPCA said it was not. Incompetent, she also said the tail was cut at an angle & this could not happen in nature even though a Study on tails clearly stated it was quiet common.

Liz was exceptional today. Had our 12 year old greyhound pass away peacefully overnight, but was quite confronting to wake up and find him sleeping peacefully this morning. Liz was prompt and very professional. Her compassion made it so much easier for the family, and she took or beloved Alfie away to be cremated respectfully and without any fuss. Thanks again Liz.

Tonight we had to say Goodbye to our 15 yo Labrador Rocky tonight, it was close to finishing time and after a distressed phone call from this owner. You came and showed kindness and compassion to my Rocky so he didn't have to suffer any longer and we didn't have to move him and cause him anymore pain. He was a typical boy till the end and you cared and even gave this saddened owner a hug which was so very much needed Thank you from the bottom of my heart xxx

I can't recommend Laura and her team highly enough! The home-visiting vet service they offer is just wonderful - especially in our case, when we had a fur-kid that was terrified of car trips. It was wonderful to have him cared for in his own environment, where he could be completely relaxed. Laura and her team are compassionate, understanding, thoughtful, and dedicated to doing what's best for the animals in their care. When our boy's health deteriorated, they went above and beyond the call of duty (even dropping medications to us when they were needed). When we reached the heart-breaking realisation that it 'was time' for euthanasia to end our boy's suffering, Laura was incredibly compassionate and understanding, and our little guy passed completely at peace, on his own bed, surrounded by love, and with dignity. Thank you

I can't recommend Laura and her team highly enough! The home-visiting vet service they offer is just wonderful - especially in our case, when we had a fur-kid that was terrified of car trips. It was wonderful to have him cared for in his own environment, where he could be completely relaxed.
