We got a new puppy this year who is a very treasured addition to our little family. So we were very careful where we took him. After hearing great reviews we decided to try the Maribyrnong Veterinary Clinic and were very pleased with the service. On arrival we were met by passionate nurses that were friendly, personable and knowledgeable on animals. This took there service one step ahead of other practices around. What we were very impressed by was the passion that the staff at this clinic had for the welfare of animals. Many times I would ring and ask general questions and the staff were very generous with there time and were happy to help and go that step beyond. We also liked the fact that they call the next day to see how your pet is going. This shows that they really care and makes us feel like valued customers. We were very impressed by Dr Adrian who went a step further in ensuring quality service. He is very knowledgeable and treats each animal like his own. He was also very gentle with our pup when giving him a vaccination. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for all of your wonderful support. You guys are a great. Read Less

I bought a baby injured bird that fell from the nest in my garden to Maribyrnong Veterinary Clinic. When I explained what happened and had the bird with me the receptionist said that they were advised from the Australian wild life that when customers come in with these birds that we, meaning me, must leave them there or put them back in the nest. She called over a vet doctor and she didn't even bother examining the poor bird and agreed with the receptionist. Well firstly i couldn't reach the nest, secondly what happens when its injured like mine? Basically they didn't care! According to the Australian wild life, when I called them they said that the veterinarian clinic under the law had an obligation of duty of care to these wildlife birds when injured. I have reported this incident because I was advised to by Australian wild life. In the mean time i took the bird to Lort Smith where they examined him and took him in. As a result this poor bird had to be put down because it turned out he had a broken leg and was in considerable pain! Way to go Maribyrnong Veterinary Clinic! In future I will not be taking my pets there if this is how they treat wildlife just because they are not getting paid! Your action speaks louder than words! Read Less
