Take all of our animals to see Nick and Lydia. Recently had our cat in to have her leg amputated and the follow up care has been first rate. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

When it came to needing to put my dog down, one they had been treating for years, they told me they were too busy and if I could say my goodbyes at home, I could drop my dog off and they would do it when they had time. Of course I refused. I wrote a letter outlining how disappointed I was with the situation, they did ring back, apologising for being busy. So they didn't get it, even then. They maybe friendly when they have time, but at the most heartbreaking moments, don't expect too much.

Outstanding!! We took our cat to Dr Ashby to prepare for her international move (to the UK). He was super helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything would run smoothly. All of my follow-up questions and requests were addressed within 24 hours. Appointment scheduling was a breeze. This was hands-down the most seamless and stress-free part of our move. Highly recommend!

When it came to needing to put my dog down, one they had been treating for years, they told me they were too busy and if I could say my goodbyes at home, I could drop my dog off and they would do it when they had time.
