East Malvern Vet Clinic has been part of our family's life for over 23 years now. Wouldn't consider taking my furry faced babies anywhere else.

Take all of our animals to see Nick and Lydia. Recently had our cat in to have her leg amputated and the follow up care has been first rate. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

When it came to needing to put my dog down, one they had been treating for years, they told me they were too busy and if I could say my goodbyes at home, I could drop my dog off and they would do it when they had time. Of course I refused. I wrote a letter outlining how disappointed I was with the situation, they did ring back, apologising for being busy. So they didn't get it, even then. They maybe friendly when they have time, but at the most heartbreaking moments, don't expect too much.

Lovely staff especially the young lady who works on the reception desk. Happily ordered in a special worming product for my fussy cat and called very quickly to let me know it was ready. Everyone there always treats me and my cat with such care and respect, lovely local clinic with the animals best interest at heart :)

When my local vet was struggling with diagnosing my Cavoodle, I took her to see Nick at East Malvern Vet Clinic. He was spot on with his treatment. Wouldn't waste my time with any other vet now. It's worth the extra travel time for my piece of mind.

I am so lucky to have such a great local vet. The nurses are friendly, helpful and compassionate in stressful situations. Dr Nick is by far the best vet around. Dexter always loves dropping in for a quick treat. It's not fun having to go to the vets but if you need to, this is the place to go.

Couldn't get an appointment with my regular vet and had a cat with a sore and sunburnt ear that needed treatment asap. Dr Helen Clyne was thorough and compassionate. She even rang me the next day to see how my beloved Falcon was doing!
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!!.

Outstanding!! We took our cat to Dr Ashby to prepare for her international move (to the UK). He was super helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything would run smoothly. All of my follow-up questions and requests were addressed within 24 hours. Appointment scheduling was a breeze. This was hands-down the most seamless and stress-free part of our move. Highly recommend!

When it came to needing to put my dog down, one they had been treating for years, they told me they were too busy and if I could say my goodbyes at home, I could drop my dog off and they would do it when they had time. Of course I refused. I wrote a letter outlining how disappointed I was with the situation, they did ring back, apologising for being busy. So they didn't get it, even then.
