Absolutely incredible service and the best veterinary experience we have ever had. Every time we visit Progressive Vet Care, we are blown away by the attentiveness, professionalism and care shown by Dr Tim and the team. Dr Tim is highly capable and we feel very confident that our dog is in his care. Dr Tim always has time and goes above and beyond in answering our questions and providing a great service. I highly recommend Progressive Vet Care. I seriously cannot think of a single improvement to this practice as everything is already so well done.

I've seen some good vets over the years but Dr. Tim is in a level of his own. He understands pets. How to approach them, make them trust him and allow him to check and treat them. Not only that, Tim also understands pet owners - the anxiety we feel and how worried we are when out loved ones are not well or in pain. Tim will always take his time when talking to us, questioning us about how we perceive the situation. During the examination he will explain everything he is doing, why he's doing it and when done, what treatment he thinks our cat needed and why. We are Tim's customers because he inspires confidence in us in his abilities and because we know he is dependable and trustworthy. Tim, you rock!

Tim I can't recommend enough ! I first came to this vet clinic with my friend and her poor little rescue dog. He was so caring for little Ziggy he even called Emma a few weeks later to check how he was going I myself called last night after my groodle got into some cooked bones by accident and Tim talked to me for a good 10 minutes about the risks and chances and gave me so much advice and said to ring after hours if I am concerned. That melted my heart to hear the care in his voice and I haven't even taken my two dogs to see him yet. He will definitely be becoming my new vet !

I have three dogs and have been seeing Dr Tim Bowden for over 6 years - I followed him to his current practice because he is honestly the best vet I've ever seen. Having been a lifelong pet owner and living in two states I have seen a lot of vets over the years. Tim takes the time to explain in detail things that would be dismissed in a couple of sentences by a vet keen to get you in and out. He's performed several surgeries on my dogs, and is just so compassionate with them. If he was situated in the western suburbs I would travel there to see him, and that's saying a lot because I don't go to the western suburbs unless someone is paying me to go there. A+++.

We took our cat Niffy to Progressive Vet Care with an infected fight injury. Dr Tim is a great communicator and filled us in every step of the way during her treatment. He didn't hurry through things and his manner had an amazing effect on Niffy. She's naturally quite nervy and unsociable and I was pleasantly surprised that she was comfortable with Dr Tim from the start.

I've seen some good vets over the years but Dr. Tim is in a level of his own. He understands pets. How to approach them, make them trust him and allow him to check and treat them. Not only that, Tim also understands pet owners - the anxiety we feel and how worried we are when out loved ones are not well or in pain. Tim will always take his time when talking to us, questioning us about how we perceive the situation. During the examination he will explain everything he is doing, why he's doing it and when done, what treatment he thinks our cat needed and why. We are Tim's customers because he inspires confidence in us in his abilities and because we know he is dependable and trustworthy. Tim, you rock!

Tim I can't recommend enough ! I first came to this vet clinic with my friend and her poor little rescue dog. He was so caring for little Ziggy he even called Emma a few weeks later to check how he was going I myself called last night after my groodle got into some cooked bones by accident and Tim talked to me for a good 10 minutes about the risks and chances and gave me so much advice and said to ring after hours if I am concerned. That melted my heart to hear the care in his voice and I haven't even taken my two dogs to see him yet. He will definitely be becoming my new vet !

Dr Tim is SO NICE and patient, no one ever talks down to you, they are reasonably priced and if it weren't for them my little Ziggy wouldn't be alive. Love you guys forever!

I have three dogs and have been seeing Dr Tim Bowden for over 6 years - I followed him to his current practice because he is honestly the best vet I've ever seen. Having been a lifelong pet owner and living in two states I have seen a lot of vets over the years. Tim takes the time to explain in detail things that would be dismissed in a couple of sentences by a vet keen to get you in and out. He's performed several surgeries on my dogs, and is just so compassionate with them. If he was situated in the western suburbs I would travel there to see him, and that's saying a lot because I don't go to the western suburbs unless someone is paying me to go there. A+++.

We took our cat Niffy to Progressive Vet Care with an infected fight injury. Dr Tim is a great communicator and filled us in every step of the way during her treatment. He didn't hurry through things and his manner had an amazing effect on Niffy. She's naturally quite nervy and unsociable and I was pleasantly surprised that she was comfortable with Dr Tim from the start.
