My dog Lana has been coming to the clinic since we got her when she was a puppy. The puppy school we did there was excellent and made her excited to go to the vet! Was great to have her do some socialisation and having them answer any questions I had about her well-being. She has been back many times (as she gets herself into many situations) and every time she has been well looked after by all the vets. Isn't the cheapest, but for the area that's not a surprise. Disappointed with the cat boarding service. Dropped my cat off and come back to collect her only to find that the clinic moved. I would have thought that when I dropped her off someone might have mentioned they were moving and I needed to collect her from a different location. It does cause a panic when you turn up to a cleared out building. Turns out the cats were in the old clinic with who knows how much care and attention. Not exactly what I thought I was getting. Then they tried to overcharge me by adding in two extra days. I would be hesitant to board my cat here again. Read Less

I booked my cat into boarding, particularly checking size of enclosure as she’s an active, large breed. On picking her up I found she had been left in the small recovery cages in the vet clinic for 4 days, not in the boarding area. The staff were unapologetic and couldn’t care less, and saw nothing wrong with my cat being in a cage she could not move around in for 4 days. I would never trust my animals to people with such a lousy, uncaring and cruel attitude. Zero stars if it was possible, There is no condition that my cat has that would mean it should be kept in a tiny cage for 4 days, in fact such cruel treatment is likely to be adverse to her health. In any case, such an action must be discussed prior, which it was not. Again, uncaring, terrible place, which is only proved by the stupid response below. Read Less

As a new patient/client, I appreciated how thorough the veterinarians were in their health assessment and they were very clear and helpful in recommending options to explore what was causing her ailment as well as explaining treatment and management options which suited my financial situation. What a wonderful clinic. I started bringing my dogs here in January 2017, when my dog needed his first major knee surgery. All of the vets were wonderful, talking me through the procedures and following up with me to ensure my boy’s recovery was going smoothly. I had no hesitation leaving my precious boy in their hands when he unfortunately needed his other knee repaired. The vets are compassionate, friendly and kind, the nurses and reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending this Clinic to all of my friends and family. Everyone I have dealt with there - from the girls on the front desk to the vets I have spoken to on the phone and seen in person - has been amazing. It is not often you find somewhere you feel 'completely satisfied' anymore and can't wait to visit again. Highly recommended for ALL to experience! Treating others the way you would like to be treated goes a long way. Some people treated the staff quite appallingly through my visit. Rudeness does not get you very far in ANY industry, especially ones where the other person is is trying to help you. I moved from Sydney about 1 year ago and had to find a new vet for our elderly dog, who is blind and has glaucoma. I tried a few vets and was not very happy until I found Glen Iris Veterinary clinic. The staff were very friendly and helpful and took great care of our dog, Bart. He is a bit of a scaredy cat/dog when it comes to needles but the vets and staff were fantastic with him. He felt comfortable being there even from the first visit which was a great relief. As a result of the advice and treatment they gave hes free of pain and is coping well with his new environment. A very caring clinic and I highly recommend them. Thank you Jason and all the staff for looking after Bart. Read Less

My dog Lana has been coming to the clinic since we got her when she was a puppy. The puppy school we did there was excellent and made her excited to go to the vet! Was great to have her do some socialisation and having them answer any questions I had about her well-being. Disappointed with the cat boarding service. Dropped my cat off and come back to collect her only to find that the clinic moved. I would have thought that when I dropped her off someone might have mentioned they were moving and I needed to collect her from a different location. I booked my cat into boarding, particularly checking size of enclosure as she’s an active, large breed. On picking her up I found she had been left in the small recovery cages in the vet clinic for 4 days, not in the boarding area. The staff were unapologetic and couldn’t care less, and saw nothing wrong with my cat being in a cage she could not move around in for 4 days. I would never trust my animals to people with such a lousy, uncaring and cruel attitude. Zero stars if it was possible, There is no condition that my cat has that would mean it should be kept in a tiny cage for 4 days, in fact such cruel treatment is likely to be adverse to her health. It is not often you find somewhere you feel 'completely satisfied' anymore and can't wait to visit again. Highly recommended for ALL to experience! Treating others the way you would like to be treated goes a long way. Some people treated the staff quite appallingly through my visit. Rudeness does not get you very far in ANY industry, especially ones where the other person is is trying to help you. Its hard to put into words how much i appreciate and respect Jason and his staff at Glen Iris Vet Clinic. Not only have they provided the most professional and amazing care of my beloved dog when she has needed it but they have also looked after my cats while i have gone away. I moved from Sydney about 1 year ago and had to find a new vet for our elderly dog, who is blind and has glaucoma. I tried a few vets and was not very happy until I found Glen Iris Veterinary clinic. The staff were very friendly and helpful and took great care of our dog, Bart. He is a bit of a scaredy cat/dog when it comes to needles but the vets and staff were fantastic with him. He felt comfortable being there even from the first visit which was a great relief. As a result of the advice and treatment they gave hes free of pain and is coping well with his new environment.
