Was booked in for dog grooming from a weeks advance.. i had to take time off work to take my pet in for hair cut and wash arrived on time of booking only to be told dog groomer was not in today and that dog grooming could not be done...!! no attempt was made from the vet to contact me and let know .. Dropped my two pups in for desexing as the vet was recommended by the shelter I Adopted from . I was told my pups weren't booked in , only one was booked in , they were overbooked - but they would take them anyway . They let them in the same cage which I liked . You could clearly hear nail guns and power saws from the renovation being completed at the front of the vet , which made my boys super jumpy and me a bit uneasy. Pick up was a nightmare - unfriendly receptionist who gave me one pup , then walked off to the desk ... My other pup crying because he can see us from behind his unmarked cage . 6-8 minutes later I go in search to be told she's printing invoices ... A task that could have been completed before or after collection I'm sure rather then putting more stress on the situation . She then tried to give me the wrong dog .. Come on ! I won't be going there to have their stitches removed that's for sure . Oh and they tattooed their ears without my knowledge until after the fact - maybe give owners the option before permanently branding their pets .Read Less
