They are so pleasant to deal with! Honestly the best service I've ever had.
Always treating my fur babies with so much respect, and they were able to give me 4 extra weeks with my 2yr old cat who got FIP, by catching on early. Their advice is never tainted and they tell me if I can get something cheaper elsewhere when Im financially a bit short.
They have made mistakes before, but they are still human at the end of the day. Rectification of the mistakes are usually quick and at a low, if not, no cost solution for me!
I'm going to be moving a little further away soon, I really hope I can still attend this vet!
And to the 1 negative rating (wish I could reply, Google!) they are not an emergency clinic. You would have had no problems with your financial situation if you had gone to an public emergency vet hospital.
I go there regularly, the signs around the waiting room stipulate their bill settlement policy, if you did not agree, then you should not have been there for the emergency.
The closest one is Werribee or Sunbury, and yes that's far, but unless you're financially in a position to afford local, private, emergency care, you probably shouldn't be having pets... These are beautiful people who have never left my babies in pain, because I obey their policies and use the credit card if I'm a bit strapped... That's what you call 'Responsible Pet Ownership".
