Amiga, my cat, was really well treated! Lucy, the vet, took care of her and said the desexed surgery would be okay once Amiga was pregnant! Amiga was desexed, had all the vaccination and had a microchip! Kate and other attendants was really helpful! The place is clean and has so many information around about cats and dogs. For sure Amiga now has a place to trust! Thank you guys!!

Answering the phone seems to be an issue. Other than that they are really good and well priced. Staff are lovely and helpful

Unpleasant first time experience as i called to book an appointment for my pet to be vaccinated. Called and put on hold 3 times for 5 minutes to be repeatedly told to wait. When i had informed them i ...
Unpleasant first time experience as i called to book an appointment for my pet to be vaccinated. Called and put on hold 3 times for 5 minutes to be repeatedly told to wait. When i had informed them i had been waiting over 5 minutes all the answer i got was "I'm sorry, but we are tied up at the moment!" very rude! I rather take my business elsewhere if their attitude towards customers are that way. I only contacted them because i thought they were professional after looking at their reviews. How wrong was i to believe. I would rate them 0 if it was possible.
