Took my dog their today to get his stiches out and the customers service was absolutely SHOCKING. I wasnt even greeted.The girl at reception rolled her eyes at me, not friendly service at all!

Our family has had MANY experiences with the team at Benetook Vets and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to deal with only the most caring, compassionate and helpful staff in town. Our dog Shocka has been lucky enough to have the most knowledgeable and loving people look after him on quite a few occasions and without there help and assistance we honestly don't know what we would have done. I would sincerely like to thank all the team for everything they have done for us and continue to do. You have made our little guy feel like apart of your family and us feel right at home the moment we walk in by always knowing he is in the best hands. Thank you!
