Our consulting hours are from 9:30-11:30am and from 4:00 - 6:30pm Monday to Friday; and 9:30-12pm on Saturday.
We also have a branch practice: Robinvale Veterinary Clinic at 57 Ronald Street, Robinvale. The consulting hours at our branch practice are from 10am - 12pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Terrible phone manners, didn't listen and really rude. Very negative - and will be telling everyone I can to avoid them.

The benetook vets are AMAZING. Bill and his vets and nurses are AMAZING i suffer panic disorder and when i get in to the vet they are just beautiful. They treat me with respect not an idiot like some ...
The benetook vets are AMAZING. Bill and his vets and nurses are AMAZING i suffer panic disorder and when i get in to the vet they are just beautiful. They treat me with respect not an idiot like some people. Anxiety and depression and panic disorder takes ever ounce of me to get my babies out there .but feel much better after visit

Took my dog their today to get his stiches out and the customers service was absolutely SHOCKING. I wasnt even greeted.The girl at reception rolled her eyes at me, not friendly service at all!

I haven't been coughing at all after taking the tablets and hopefully I will sleep better tonight. Have a good time away and I will see you next time. As a german student of veterinary medicin I had the pleasure to stay and learn for eight weeks at the Benetook Veterinary Clinic and Animal Hospital.All of the vets and staff members are working with energy, knowledge and enthusiasm to protect and help our small friends and family members. Everybody is working together with so much love for reaching their aim to find the best medical treatment and help for the pets and their owners. Thank you for all experiences, patience and teaching.

Our family has had MANY experiences with the team at Benetook Vets and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to deal with only the most caring, compassionate and helpful staff in town. Our dog Shocka has been lucky enough to have the most knowledgeable and loving people look after him on quite a few occasions and without there help and assistance we honestly don't know what we would have done. I would sincerely like to thank all the team for everything they have done for us and continue to do. You have made our little guy feel like apart of your family and us feel right at home the moment we walk in by always knowing he is in the best hands. Thank you!

Our family has had MANY experiences with the team at Benetook Vets and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to deal with only the most caring, compassionate and helpful staff in town.
