We have been going to Moorabbin Veterinary Hospital for over 30 years & have found the staff very dedicated to solving medical issues (one quite rare condition) & handling our four-legged doggy family members. The reassurance of extensive opening hours & follow up phone calls after treatment, define the clinic's care. Phone prompt messages for injections & worm treatments are also helpful. Having recently lost our beloved Lily, our Maltese 'Princess' I would like to put up some observations about MVH. All of the Vets have been fantastic with Lily and us, as her owners. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, be they Reception, Nurses or Vets. We were given plenty of time and information about Lily over the last year. We never felt rushed in the appointments, our questions were always answered and we never felt that Lily was " over treated". Everything was realistic, manageable and reasonably priced. All of these factors are what a pet owner needs to know. After Lily's passing, we received a lovely bunch of flowers and a card, plus a follow up phone call a week later to see how we were all getting on without Lily. Several weeks later, the Vets generously gave their time to speak to our adult daughter and help her through the grief of Lily's passing.
