Took my dog for a suspected UTI , given antibiotics , rang 6 days later for a repeat prescription , had to go in for a visit to get a repeat even though I was given 1 tablet short (another $80) Wrong...
Took my dog for a suspected UTI , given antibiotics , rang 6 days later for a repeat prescription , had to go in for a visit to get a repeat even though I was given 1 tablet short (another $80) Wrong initial diagnosis perhaps said the vet , tried to talk up the need for numerous tests . Money making vet clinic , won't go back

Unfortunately, the practice has changed hands and is run by very young and unexperienced vets and nurses. I won't go there again after my cat was given a dog medication that could have caused irreparable harm. Shame really because Fiona, Penny, Janeen etc were great. All gone now.

We have been taking our pets to Beleura Vet hospital for over 12 years and could not imagine a better vet practice. We have seen many different vets and other staff and have always been impressed at everyone's professionalism and the genuine warmth and caring they have for the animals.
A special shout out to Dr Fiona Hendrie and Penny Broadbent who are the awesome founders of this wonderful practice!

From the moment the phone is answered you know you're in good hands.
Calm , supportive voices book your appointment.
Every vet and vet nurse we came across, and I'm sure we met them all, were earth living angels.
Our Dorothy knew nothing but care and compassion. The staff's concern and care was heartfelt.
The daily phone calls seeing how Dorothy was progressing were priceless.
The time and energy spent amongst the entire team, trying to diagnose Dorothy's declining health melted our hearts.
Could not recommend Beleura Veterinary Hospital highly enough.
Special mention to Tien and Veena who mopped the tears regularly.

Highly recommend Beleura Veterinary Hospital, as we have high praise for their customer service, methodical care and loving attention given to our pet Lani. The vets give you and your pet the necessary time to work through and discuss all concerns. The environment is clean and pleasant. Our dog is not deterred by visiting the vets as she has had plenty of love, treats and attention to counteract any negative feelings. Thank you Beleura Vet Hospital!

Great friendly knowledgeable vets, lovely staff, open everyday. Puppy class is great, our pup loves going to the vet. Gold coin donation for nail grooming. Even sent a card for our puppies birthday. They also send out reminders when appointments and worming ect due. Very happy with Beleura Vet.

Leah was just amazing and the whole place gave my late boo boo all the care, treatment and around the clock advice and specialist care as he lost his spirit with brain cancer. He was a much loved family member and he couldn't have been in better hands during his last few weeks . Myself and my family were also cared for with open ears and hearts and hugs .Thanku so much for your nurturing of bullet boo and myself and for treating him with so much gentle love for the special member of family he was.

I really cant thank Dr Veena Kendaragama , Dr Fiona Hendrie & nurses Penny , Amanda and Sarah ... I had my british bulldog Delilah booked in for a C-section on her due date ... but we were faced yesterday with a huge dilemma- Delilah went into labour 3 days to early and a with a desperate call for help to the staff at Beleura vet hospital , we were rescued ... calming myself and hubby down, by involving us and basically looking after our girl Delilah in such a special and caring way! Words can not express how much we really are so happy and appreciative that you are the team that you are on our doorstep!!! Not sure what we would have done without you all!!! Thank you ladies!!! Some team together for one team! Your professional attitude and reassurance really helped us have a terrific birthing experience with Delilah! Her 7 puppies are doing beautifully and so is she!!! Love and huge appreciation always

Unfortunately, the practice has changed hands and is run by very young and unexperienced vets and nurses. I won't go there again after my cat was given a dog medication that could have caused irreparable harm. Shame really because Fiona, Penny, Janeen etc were great. All gone now.
