My pet used to dread coming to the Vets. Once we enter the driveway, the squirming starts. Ever since she was handled by Vet Helen in Aug. 2020, she became surprisingly compliant. Vet Helen must be a DOG WHISPERER! Everyone in the office are caring and attentive but IMP gravitates towards Vet Helen who is truly pro-active with pet care. As soon as I put down IMP on the treatment table, Vet H proceeds to trim IMP's nails, checks her teeth, eyes, mouth, etc. and somehow, IMP does not fight back like she used to. She's suddenly docile and compliant. Thank you all at Greencross Vets Morwell. Special mention to IMP's favourite Vet Helen who can do no wrong by her. Procedures, costs, treatments, diet, etc. are all addressed by her in detail, thank you so much! GREENCROSS VETS MORWELL where pets are treated with dignity and care- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Friendly caring people who understand for needs. We recently had to put our fur baby to sleep and Dr Helen and the very nurses were so understanding and loving.
