I was so dissapointed and upset when I called asking to see a vet urgently. The person who answered was rude and totally inconsiderate. She fobbed me off with being fully booked and to go to an emergency vet if it was that urgent. My beautiful Bella died. I have been bringing my animals to your clinic for over 20 years. When I needed you most you let me and my dog down.

We are very lucky to have such a caring and generous group of people in our community. We earlier rang the local ranger who told us we were braking the law by holding someone else's dog and wanted to come and collect her.

I would like to thank every on at Mount Evelyn Vet for everything the have done over the last nearly 15 years with Shauny O'Loughlin the love and care you gave him I will be ever grateful. Monday night was the hardest thing I have ever had to do, putting my little guy to sleep and knowing I had Sharee and the staff there to do it gave me piece and mind. Thank you for the lovely flowers you sent to Nan and Pa for us, it meant a lot to receive them. Words cannot express my gratitude and thanks to you all, Shauny will be missed but loved and remembered always.
