This is probably the most helpful comment you could be advised from. From our experience, this "vet clinic" is only ripping people off with any medication they find in their cabinets that don't even work. They don't understand the pain, trying to feed your pet medication every night, waiting for an improvement, only to find that nothing has happened, except for the unnecessary side effects. Literally paid for multiple steroid injections that anyone can do at home. Yes, I mean literally forced my cat to go through all that pain for some side effects and loss of money. Vets are supposed to inform us for what we don't know, but obviously this vet's aim is to not find or at least TRY to find the right solution but decide to misdiagnose and make families go through pain and pay money for absolutely nothing. Caused trouble for my cat for over a year, which may have been easily prevented if we stopped feeding her certain foods from the beginning. Vets might not be passionate about their job, but at least do it right for once. Absolutely revolting. My cat is still suffering from a food allergy, which my mother found out by doing her own research from the internet. Ridiculous. If we had known sooner, we might not have come this far trying to cure her allergy. First time adopting a pet, very bad experience with vets. Never coming back here again, nor letting my family relatives or any friends come here either. Would rate 0 stars. Read Less

I left this Vet 16 years ago after my Jack Russell X was misdiagnosed with a `tummy bug' which turned out to be pancreatitis. He was there at 6.30pm, came home & started vomiting blood. Although still in business hours we rang back but no one answered the `phone. Had to rush him to the AEC in Blackburn Road overnight and it was touch and go for a few days. We took him back to High Street Animal Hospital from the AEC and Richard Benson got him through. When I rang to let Waverley Animal Hospital know what had happened the nurse denied everything, she knew better than the 2-3 Vets that had treated him by this stage and Dr Chris Hardham/Hardiman? did not even bother to call me back. Rusty lived happily for another 11 years which would not have been the case if I'd relied on this hospital. Negative rating without a doubt ... at the same time a friends dog died there due to being given to much anasthetic for their body weight. Their actions still upset me - after all these years. πŸ’© place as far as I'm concerned. Read Less
