Have gone to Waverley Gardens Vet for at least 25 years, Joe, Kristina and Staff are wonderful with my dogs, they are kind and gentle people. I am more than happy going to them . Have also recommendered them to my family and friends all of them say they won't go anywhere else now. Some live miles and miles away. I would like to say a big THANK YOU .

I had put my dog down early this year due to his health deteriorating. This was obviously a traumatising experience for me and as I was living in Mulgrave I went to waverley gardens vet clinic. This appointment was very quick and my fur baby was at ease however I wasn’t allowed to get 5 minutes with my dog? The blanket was thrown straight on him I had to pay the money and leave ... I didn’t realise this was wrong until I shared my experience with clients at work whom all said they got to stay with their dogs for up to half an hour. I didn’t get 5 minutes!!!! I have never left a bad review but after people telling me this definitely was not normal I don’t want anyone to go through the same experience again.
All I can say is they must have been in the middle of cooking dinner as soon they put my dog down they hopped in their car and left... it’s an appointment only clinic .. had better things to do clearly then give me 10 minutes :(

I had the need for urgent care for my Golden Lab and Joe and the team were simply wonderful. They provided immeadiate relief for my dog and reassurance for me. I will always come to this practice now....

I took my dog here for the first time on Saturday when his hind leg was infected. Everyone at the clinic was absolutely lovely and Dr Sabo was great with Grover - gentle and very helpful. Grover is usual very scared of going to the vet but was not afraid at all this time.

Have gone to Waverley Gardens Vet for at least 25 years, Joe, Kristina and Staff are wonderful with my dogs, they are kind and gentle people. I am more than happy going to them . Have also recommendered them to my family and friends all of them say they won't go anywhere else now. Some live miles and miles away. I would like to say a big THANK YOU .

I had put my dog down early this year due to his health deteriorating. This was obviously a traumatising experience for me and as I was living in Mulgrave I went to waverley gardens vet clinic. This appointment was very quick and my fur baby was at ease however I wasn’t allowed to get 5 minutes with my dog? The blanket was thrown straight on him I had to pay the money and leave ... I didn’t realise this was wrong until I shared my experience with clients at work whom all said they got to stay with their dogs for up to half an hour. I didn’t get 5 minutes!!!! I have never left a bad review but after people telling me this definitely was not normal I don’t want anyone to go through the same experience again.
All I can say is they must have been in the middle of cooking dinner as soon they put my dog down they hopped in their car and left... it’s an appointment only clinic .. had better things to do clearly then give me 10 minutes :(
